The sofa bed was very old and my 16 years old son couldn’t sleep on it since all the spring were sticking out. So he sleep on the couch. We didn’t have any blanket for that bed so we had to go to the reception to get some. He didn’t sleep at all. Very disappointed!

Kitchen utensils was not complete. The fridge was too old and small. There wasn't any restaurants inside the hotel. No slippers. No salt and pepper. The staff was not friendly.

Rooms were modern, clean and had plenty of amenities. Decor is tasteful. Bathrooms are beautiful . Family suite is very practical. The common area with the pool table was great. Shuttle services is so useful !

Not clear enough . There was a hair on the devout so disgusting and a lot of dust on the plating on the bed . No bread fast, this price should include breakfast .

Pool was filthy and not properly cleaned for the 4 days we were there. Only skimmed at times, never vacuumed and the waterfall feature was not working.

Room was nice and spacious. Free parking. Guests were all talkative and nice.

We did not use the pool and there was no breakfast available at this location or a restaurant. The coffee in the machine did not seem fresh (stale). We were out on the mountain almost all day and would have liked to use the hot tub to relax. To our disappointment, the hot tub was on but the water was lukewarm. When we approached the front desk to mention this, they were aware of the issue. This information should have been disclosed to the guests on arrival and a sign posted. That was a big disappointment.

Room carpet was full of stains. Room was too dark, even with the lights on. Recommend getting a pool vacuum to remove the dirt that sits on the bottom of the pool.

Location was good, close to the village and also the free parking. The fact that the room had 3 beds was a plus. Pool beds were easily available during our stay.

No restaurant and no bar or transportation from Monday to Thursday to go out to the ski resort. Hotel is causing people to drink and drive or spending more money for cabs. I understand trying to keep cost down but at what expense. Not as if there wasn't many people at the hotel. Also too many kids taking over the hot tub.

Ι really like the location of the property. It was half way from mont tremblant pedestrian village and from town. The room was very comfortable for 4 persons and very clean. I totally recommend it for families.

There was not anything for elderly, for example, bars in the bathroom, tub. Also, the carpets should be removed, and they were not very clean. I'm disappointed that the shuttle doesn't run every day.

The screen door stuck and you had to squeeze to get in and out. The seal on the bottom of the fridge door hung loose and the knob on one of the bathrooms wiggled around so that it wouldn't lock/unlock properly. A toaster would have been useful and it would be nice for the hotel to have a restaurant and offer a continental breakfast.

The room had a functional kitchenette which was very useful for preparing short meals. The patio door leading out to the large balcony was nice for letting in the air. The room had two bathrooms which served us well and a large TV with a variety of English/French channels. The outside pool was quite large and great for cooling off and the hot tub was a bonus. There was plenty of place to park and the staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. The French doors leading into the bedroom were nice and a closet on each side of the bed was very useful.
