Room was large, clean but a bit too basic in style, could do with more of a cottage look.

Really great view, nice restaurant service, cozy beach and option to canoe around the lake, just a really nice chilled vibe.

Too expensive for dated hotel but amenities like free kayaks and canoes, lawn games, sauna (indoor and outdoor) were nice to have. Breakfast was pretty bad don't eat there.

The shower head in our room was very tricky to find the sweet spot where there was still enough pressure, and yet warm. Not very sound proof and the map of the building was very unprofessional and so tiny we couldn't decipher it.

It felt like we were stepping back into the 1800s. Beautiful surroundings and the building is charming.

The dining room wasn’t open, (only Wednesdays to Saturdays), apparently not the season yet, even though it was June 10. No cream/milk even though coffee was all we could have for breakfast in our room. Maybe they should only open when they can accommodate the basics. Other resorts nearby had bar and restaurant open. We would have stayed there if we had known.

The 2nd (outside) sauna is a bit too smokey probably because it was very windy but still offers a great experience (it was winter).

Interactions with all staff members were very pleasant. Facilities were great, especially the indoor pool. We were let into the room 4h before official check-in time.

Only complaints we would have would be based on mother nature, which we can not control. It never stopped snowing !!

The cleaning person left dirty glasses in our room, didn't even take the time to straighten out our sheets on the bed they just threw the comforter over the messed up sheets no sweeping and really didn't do any sort of cleaning except empty the garbage. Not good for business! We did not complain as the positives outweighed the negatives with the rest of the services and staff.

Melissa and Owen were outstanding! They made our stay even more enjoyable! The setting is superb, paddleboat and games are an added bonus and the food and drinks were most delicious. We plan on returning!

The odour that was in the room, had a very musty smell. But overall everything else was perfect.

I think it’s very overpriced for what it is. About $235 for the night, not the hold on the credit card but the actual stay price. You can stay at an all inclusive resort in paradise at that price per night. The property is dated, you can hear the creaks in the floor while walking through the halls. Meals not included but would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room at least. I can tell someone tried to clean the room but had missed a few things like a wad of hair in the shower. Then there was a lot of black ants on the side table. They have wifi but the Tv is basic cable (not a smart tv) no apps for streaming or casting. I’m also not a fan of rooms that connect to each other by doors on the inside, you can hear everything. I might be back but it’s truly not because of an amazing stay, it’s more so the proximity of where I needed to be.

Lots of parking. Staff was friendly. Had dinner at their restaurant and breakfast the next morning, both meals were well made. An ok stay for one night only.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was barely cleaned in between days, dirty dishes left in room, coffee not refilled. Restaurant not open on sunday. Great location and amenities.

Free breakfast, bar should be open till midnight for drinks and music, added entertainment!, instead had to go to Midland for entertainment.
