Found the bathroom a bit different and the glass on a couple of the tables was cracked and broken.

The air conditioner was extremely loud. The furniture in the room was quite dated. There was only one side table and the room could benefit from a bigger fridge. The wifi only worked on the first day and wouldn’t work on the second day. The 4 pm check-in time is quite late.

The view from the room with the balcony was stunning. The parking right in front of the room was very convenient. The jet hot tub was very relaxing and the tub was clean. The location was convenient and private.

Although we found the bathroom oddly occupied 40% of the room, there was only one bedside table, and lighting was insufficient for reading, this was not enough to drop the rating.

Ciliega Villa is a great accommodation option just north of the hustle and bustle (and sameness) of town. It consists of several townhouse-like rooms and a suite-filled house overlooking Okanagan Lake. The views are nice, the private deck large, the room enormous, and the cleaning spotless. Each room comes with a private parking spot. Although we found the bathroom oddly occupied 40% of the room, there was only one bedside table, and lighting was insufficient for reading, this was not enough to drop the rating.

No readily available ice machine BUT staff allowed access to locked office area to obtain ice from the large fridge ice maker. It would not have served all guests' requirements but was adequate for us. Openness (big opening) between bath and bedroom area lacked privacy. Chair cushions were wore and glass desktop had multiple cracks. Oversized rain shower lacked shelves to place anything and shower head should be replaced. Lamp on desk didn't work.

Large room. Nice view over the fruit trees to the lake. Sitting on balcony facing lake was pleasant. Room was clean and towels and toiletries were good.

I think this place attracts a quiet crowd and our stay was tranquil but if you had rowdy neighbors above or below you, it could be a little noisey. A couple of small maintenance items to pass on for our room...hair dryer handle was broken and jets on soaking tub did not work

Breakfast was not included but was not expected. The room was quite nice and quite large; We also like the soaking tub and the view from the private balcony was lovely. We met the owner and she was very pleasant and helpful. Location made it easy to get into town and to visit wineries in the area

Reception was unmanned, requiring a phonecall to summon someone who looked as if she had just woken up - certainly not the warmest or most informative of welcomes. In reception, the smoke alarm battery was running out and it beeped intermittently for the whole of our stay. The area behind the accommodation looked unfinished and untidy. The door to the balcony was difficult to open. The standard of accommodation is good but it is looking a bit dated and unloved now.

The accommodation is spacious and well furnished - essentially designed as an up-market motel. The view from the living room and balcony is spectacular.

Shower head in room #2 needs to be replaced, there is more water running over top of the fixture than through it. Small inconvenience, but an easy fix to make it a 10/10.

The room was a surprisingly lovely place for a one night stopover. The air conditioning had the room nice and cool when we arrived, the room was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of orchards and the lake.
