downtown location perfect. restaurant downstairs was handy.

room smelled musty. hard to get fresh air in through window that opened. other family members stayed there a couple of weeks later and one room got many bed bug bites (5th floor August 2025)

Customer service was exceptional. Satinder deserves a raise with his top notch customer service. He was nothing less than amazing.

Poor location for a great hotel

The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good

The cleanliness of the room the smell of the room as soon as you open the door( smell like dog pee, the bathroom bath was moldy or not clean properly the room curtains was all ripped you can see the light from the inside!! The parking lot look like a junky spot you can smell the odors of marijuana i was afraid of leaving my car there! Well we didn’t ask for another room because we only stayed 2 nights, worst hotel we’ve been to! Also one room door from our floor was forced by i guess police or something else! Never again this hotel ( room 515 )

Easy to get around.

It was dirty. My bed and towels were the only clean things I noticed.

Cancelled immediately after checking in. Hotel dirty, room dirty with stained bedskirt (blood?). Room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. We left as soon as we entered the room and saw the condition. The view out the window was a homeless encampment and a couple as of men were sitting smoking drugs 10 ft from the entrance! The biggest concern was the door of the room across the hall from us. The door handle to the room was kicked in leaving a hole you could stick your head through! See pictures attached! Scary, dirty and unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Hotel had a restaurant. Staff were very helpful at one point we had some problems with the TV it was reported and rectified almost immediately.

Hotel was under some upgrades so it was in a little disarray.

Rooms were nice. Lots of parking. Easy to tell they are cutting back on expenses. Ice only on one floor.

The biggest issue for us was we like to walk a lot. I would never stay here again because the area is overrun by drug users and sellers. Homes people camping behind the hotel. Stepping over people to walk along a sidewalk past many closed for good stores . Lack of restaurants was a biggy. We had a car so we left the area completely to eat.

Our room was disgusting. I felt unsafe.

There was mould in our bathroom. The building had multiple indications of dirty facility.

Price was good

Extremely dated. Old hallway carpets that smell, ice machine didn't work, no toilet paper in room so had to track some down. Front desk very reluctant to give us any. Not a great experience.

Friendly staff, restaurant was really nice

There was a dirty sock on the floor in my room when we got there, and the bathtub had hairs and didn’t look clean. We asked for extra pillows, the front desk staff said they didn’t have any. The hallway on the forth floor had a bad odour.

Needs renovating, poor quality finishing. No water in the gym or proper cooling system. The hallway needed cleaning.

Air conditioner and room couches needed to be cleaned as well as bathroom moulding was moulding.

Beds were comfy and staff was kind and friendly.

Old, dated, dirty and not in a very safe location.
