The room was okay overall, but it was clear that the vacuuming had not been done. The pillowcase and bedsheets had hair on them, and there was a noticeable amount of dust on the curtains. No cleaning was done on the day of our stay, despite us placing the sign requesting housekeeping. When we returned after being out for over five hours, the room was exactly as we had left it. We even left a $10 tip for the housekeeping staff, which was still untouched when we got back, suggesting no one had entered the room to clean. Additionally, please consider investing in door stoppers or soft-close mechanisms, as the doors slam loudly every time staff enter or leave the room for cleaning. It was quite disruptive.

Great location, walking distance to the Core and Prince’s Island park. Great front desk staff.

The bathroom could use a bit of a refresh and the ventilation should be replaced (very loud).

Spacious room with a kitchen and separated bedroom. Good location to visit Calgary for a couple of days. The price/value ratio is reasonable. It is a decent hotel, noting fancy. You will get what you expect.

This is our third stay, but the kitchen equipment is incomplete (no pot or spatula, broken coffee machine).

As others have said it’s a little dated, and price maybe a little on the high side, but a very comfortable stay and no complaints.

Kitchen with all the basics. Enough room. Comfortable. Unlike some others, we found it very quiet - not at all noisy. Well located close to town centre and walking distance to everything. Helpful staff.

There isn’t anything to dislike. It’s a place good enough for a short stay.

Location is great. It’s close to our convention centre. I love that it has a kitchenette.

The Wifi could have been better but this didn't affect me as I had free local data on my international plan.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to most attractions. My suite was very spacious and clean. The Japanese-style toilet with a bidet was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was excellent, toilet electronic and interesting. When there was a slight mishap due to another guest we were treated well and each offered a drink on the house. Well done

There is major construction underway immediately next door and it will continue for at least the next 12 months (it is currently August 2025). The toilet in my suite was so crammed up against the counter that I kept hitting my elbow - it was bizarre. Decor is dated.

We could hear our neighbors very loudly from our room.. There were no basic essentials for cleaning your room such as a broom. We would have to wait for the room service to clean the floor. The place had parking which cost 25 CAD, the parking had tight spaces, and not many spots to park. When it was full we got a voucher to park at a near parking lot that had many spaces, a 3 minute walk. But overall they always found for you where to park.

The room was cozy, and we enjoyed the place. The kitchen has all we needed (us a couple) to cook and it also had a dishwasher . The room was clean, and the staff was kind and helped us. My husband loved the Smart toilet! Also, the place had a laundry room which we could use for a small fee.

The Keurig coffee machine spewed coffee grounds into the coffee cup when pushed down and brewing. Paying $25.00/day for parking

I had some problems with check in… they cancel my booking although I have active reservation on Booking.com. Also manager charged me my room for 5 times and canceled it 4 times, but 1 cancelation is still not solved.

A bit old room, but they have very good bed and amazing pillows. We have a kitchen, washing machine and it was really nice.

Parking costs $25 (I see now it IS on the listing). We left a room card with the staff to give to the rest of the party and the new person at the check-in desk was unable to find it.

The location is great. Staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The hide-a-bed was VERY comfortable.
