Cleanliness

Didn't use this service.

Only one chair. Someone always had to sit on the bed. A great kitchen but no table to eat at..stood to eat my breakfast because my husband was sitting in the one chair. No paper towels, no salt and pepper, no fry pan, VERY thin toilet paper and kleenex

Location is perfect! In the middle of city in fact is CBD area Clean property, complete kitchen equipment & big fridge. Meet our expectations This is our third time stay in Calgary , feeling like a home. Staff are friendly. Ms Yuna is the best employee

Pillows are too soft

Great location, walking distance to the Core and Prince’s Island park. Great front desk staff.

The room was okay overall, but it was clear that the vacuuming had not been done. The pillowcase and bedsheets had hair on them, and there was a noticeable amount of dust on the curtains. No cleaning was done on the day of our stay, despite us placing the sign requesting housekeeping. When we returned after being out for over five hours, the room was exactly as we had left it. We even left a $10 tip for the housekeeping staff, which was still untouched when we got back, suggesting no one had entered the room to clean. Additionally, please consider investing in door stoppers or soft-close mechanisms, as the doors slam loudly every time staff enter or leave the room for cleaning. It was quite disruptive.

Spacious room with a kitchen and separated bedroom. Good location to visit Calgary for a couple of days. The price/value ratio is reasonable. It is a decent hotel, noting fancy. You will get what you expect.

The bathroom could use a bit of a refresh and the ventilation should be replaced (very loud).

The pillows

Kitchen with all the basics. Enough room. Comfortable. Unlike some others, we found it very quiet - not at all noisy. Well located close to town centre and walking distance to everything. Helpful staff.

As others have said it’s a little dated, and price maybe a little on the high side, but a very comfortable stay and no complaints.

Location is great. It’s close to our convention centre. I love that it has a kitchenette.

There isn’t anything to dislike. It’s a place good enough for a short stay.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to most attractions. My suite was very spacious and clean. The Japanese-style toilet with a bidet was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Wifi could have been better but this didn't affect me as I had free local data on my international plan.
