Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaOur beds were super squeaky, there is nowhere to hang a towel or bathing suit in the unit aside from the shower rod or closed closet, the fridges need upgrading.

UkraineI had a problem: I forgot my computer charger, and as soon as I realized it, I immediately called the hotel. At that moment, I was in Vernon, and it was critically important for me to receive the charger the same day. The front desk staff did not take any action to return my lost item that day. For me, it is unacceptable when a hotel cannot resolve a guest’s issue at the moment of request simply because they do not have access to certain rooms.

Friendly efficient staff who made our stay really good. The room was comfortable, clean with enough space. Bathroom was dated but had all that was needed. Hotel is in easy reach of downtown with a vehicle. Our meal was tasty and fresh.

CanadaWe felt for the price of the hotel our room should have been refreshed with at least coffee every day. We had to ask at the front desk to get extra and the last night they didn’t have enough. Other than that all was good.
