It says a stroll from the centre however it was a good half hour walk along a busy 3 lane dual carriageway, so feel was misled by the advert.

Room very basic in need of refreshment, balcony of my room useless, looking at the wall and parking, staff mediocre, full of (large) dogs, didnt know it is pet friendly, not what i looked for..away from town, going back by foot at night was scary, you need to take taxi or own car..not much other choice in Kelowna so it was adequate for one night stop..

Our beds were super squeaky, there is nowhere to hang a towel or bathing suit in the unit aside from the shower rod or closed closet, the fridges need upgrading.

I had a problem: I forgot my computer charger, and as soon as I realized it, I immediately called the hotel. At that moment, I was in Vernon, and it was critically important for me to receive the charger the same day. The front desk staff did not take any action to return my lost item that day. For me, it is unacceptable when a hotel cannot resolve a guest’s issue at the moment of request simply because they do not have access to certain rooms.

The bathroom was small. The location was very odd, situated in a strip mall. The good news is that most wine tours will pick up from this location so you don’t have to travel anywhere.

The pool was a lovely addition. The beds were rather comfortable. The balcony was great to have.

Sometimes other guests can be loud, or some not so nice people hang out in the parking lot but it’s always been safe.

Its clear that the hotel had its best years long time ago, rooms need a bit of upgrade. Family room bit small for a 4 person family.

Not the hotels fault but it rained throughout our stay and a grey building seemed very bleak.

Friendly efficient staff who made our stay really good. The room was comfortable, clean with enough space. Bathroom was dated but had all that was needed. Hotel is in easy reach of downtown with a vehicle. Our meal was tasty and fresh.

The property is expensive - the decks have limited furniture for seating … and are not aesthetic .

We felt for the price of the hotel our room should have been refreshed with at least coffee every day. We had to ask at the front desk to get extra and the last night they didn’t have enough. Other than that all was good.

It is a very nice hotel in a good location, staff were friendly.
