Outdated furniture and infrastructure. Hotel needs a refresh. Breakfast was very poor, would not recommend eat there.

Cleaning could have been much better, and there was no recycling can in the room, which made for clutter. Tight parking but we always got a spot!

Great location! Super walkable. The pool and beach were nice. Friendly helpful staff and good continental breakfast. Our son had an amazing time.

The beach to the lake is right outside the door. Free paddleboards & kayaks for the guests are a nice bonus.

Great location on water and walking distance to town. Lovely view from room and easy access right on the beach to swim - staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful

If it has been set rules to start kayaking service at 9 am, then you should let us start water sport service at 9 am, rather than let us wait for a hour and more; if you said to meet us at 10 am, I wouldn't wait from 9 am until 10 and more and called front desk three times!

Room was pretty meh, obviously well used and had no real widows (view of dark wall). Was ok for one night passing through, but would not have been good had we been staying for a holiday there. Bed was just ok as well.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Great amenities, pet friendly and a kitchen suite so we could have a full fridge.

Breakfast was half ready as the kitchen staff was late . We were there at 7:05 to get some breakfast because we have to do an early check out.

The place is easy to find and it’s close to the beach. The staff that assist us is very friendly and considerate.

The pool definitely needs some work. It has many rusty spots and needs some maintenance. The breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. Our room was fine but in our group, their ac was broken and switched to another room where the ac was squeaky and super loud ( and they had to pay for the upgrade )

The breakfast was very basic. We thought there would be some other warm options. The fruit wasn't the freshest and there weren't really any protein options. The kids loved the pancake machine though and it was great it opened early for them. Beds were comfortable and the view could not be beat. The beach was great and always clean. Having the free paddle board rentals was awesome.

They started vacuuming the hallway at 8 am with the loudest vacuum cleaner ever! Way too early considering everyone there was on vacation.

The air conditioner in our room was insanely loud. We opened the door to have the air outside come through but the wind and water was also very loud... better than the air conditioning but warm air. Not great. Price was also a bit high but with everything available that was included it made it a bit easier to wrap my brain around.

The breakfast, pool and beach facilities were great. I think having the extra beach items accessible for our use at no extra cost was a great bonus.
