Liked everything.

The room was comfortable & immaculate. It is evident that the property has been recently renovated, as it has a contemporary feel & it is well maintained. The public spaces too were welcoming & cared for. The staff were all very polite & professional. A reception desk employee, Sargun (sp?), was so courteous & helpful very early in the morning (4:45 am), ensuring we were aware of the complimentary breakfast & when we should be at the ferry terminal. I was impressed with her poise & engagement at that time of the morning.

I did not like that the used and emptied toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were not replaced when the room was cleaned and I had to ask for replacements. There is no clean drinking water. That tap water is brown and smelly.

The step in bath tub & needs more hooks in bathroom. Needs an easy plug in for the coffee maker. Needs a side table for both sides of the bed.

A little tricky to find parking lot. A dog in one of the rooms yapped for some time as we went to our room. At 1:30am! I was mortified.

Clean. Good bedding & linens. Comfortable. We'll renovated. New flooring. Lots of electrical plugs. Easy access from parking lot. Plenty alternative parking. Late arrival (ferry) registering was prompt and efficient

The street cleaner spent 1 1/2 hours from 5 AM to 6:30 AM cleaning the parking lot across the street & the street at the hotel. How about the evening on a weekend??? Pr Rupert does not appear to be thriving.. Unnecessary noise in the hotel area does not help the decision to return to this area!!

The Prestige is a nice hotel with a friendly staff, nice rooms and a great location. The only complaint is that the breakfast does not match the price points when compared to other hotels around Northern BC.

Really loud (street sounds). On a follow-up visit, after delayed flights, a 16-hr travel day and lost luggage, the desk attendant told me they didn’t take walk-ins and asked me leave. It was late and dark, and I was a solo female traveller. Despite the hotel being decent, I won’t stay again.

It is in a bit of a weird area of town attached to an old unused building, lots of garbage around on the ground and for such a large hotel it does not seem to offer appropriate or spacious parking, it is very tight and if a person isn’t well versed at driving you’d never be able to fit a truck

The hotel is a little dated and needs some upgrades, especially the carpets. The walls are a little thin so you do hear people in the halls.

We always enjoy our stay at the hotel. It is close to wildlife and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. It is a great value for the money.

Use of small containers for shower gel, shampoo etc which are wasteful. Breakfast was quite basic with limited choices. Not so keen on the idea of asking for a $5 per bag storage fee which is donated to charity.

Friendly front desk agent. Room was comfortable, very clean. Facilities such as TV, WiFi worked fine. Good coffee machine. Bathroom in good condition.
