United StatesPool is tight and confined for space. Good luck with afternoon seating. Also me and my wife had two drinks. 67 dollars I don't know if they even contained alcohol.

This hotel was as much an experience as it was a place to stay. The service from all of the staff was excellent. I did not expect there to be as many amenities as there were! Plenty of comfortable seating in the courtyard, poolside bar and food service were a great touch. Coffee and tea in the lobby added value to our stay. Our room was nice, the bathtub was huge; hot water was hot! Booked our next stay here before we checked out!

CanadaThe room is over priced. The room had one window that faced into a cement wall. Concerns for emergency exit,one option to escape in an emergency. No in room service. Other than the extremely high price for one room and it felt like we were given the worst room for $$$. We only stayed one night.

CanadaWhen we first arrived, the parking lot was a mess. It was a long weekend and I guess the lot gets used to public parking as well, but it was very difficult to find a spot.
We stayed here last year before all the renovations, and enjoyed our stay. We were surprised to come back to a new and improved hotel with a restaurant and pool. The hotel is well run, it's in a good location and the staff are lovely, especially Alex by the pool. My family will definitely visit again.

United StatesA HUGE con was the parking. The men that work the parking area should have some type of uniform saying they work there. I had a man come up to my window pounding on it and it scared me. I had no idea who he was and it was very aggressive. He kept asking if I was a hotel guest. Mind you, I had just parked my car, so I wasn’t sure why this man was banging on my window. When I said, yes he just walked away. I stayed in my car because I didn’t know who he was until I saw him speak to the man who let me into the parking. Weird interaction and still don’t understand why he asked if I was already parked and cleared by the man in the front. ALSO, as guests, we should have assigned parking spots. We shouldn’t have to battle with outside guests. We went for breakfast and when returning to the hotel, they tried to turn us away because the parking lot was full and that didn’t make sense. We are hotel guests, we should have priority. I did see them turn another guest away and I feel that that can be improved. Still a 10 out of 10. I would stay here again. Just wanted to give my input on the parking situation.
LOCATION! Location! LOCATION! We never had to battle the traffics of going in and out of the beach. We’re right near all the restaurants. The hotel is nice, comfortable, and their pool is the icing on the cake. Their food is also really good. The whole pool atmosphere was great! They do a good job of keeping the place clean. Their fish and chips and nachos were delicious. HUGE portions. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC was the star of the show lol Also, the free parking is a huge perk. Everyone working the front was very polite and helpful. The staff was great!

CanadaThe pool area should say on the entry no outside alocohol permitted. The price for the room was a little high during the week. Maybe a microwave would be great in the rooms. Also the number to call when the gate wouldn't go up was a little hard to find.
The staff was great. The complex was top notch, we would love to come back.

CanadaIt was a little expensive to stay there if only it was $100 per night less it would be perfect. It would have been even better if some breakfast was included in the price. But food was 15% off so that was good.

CanadaOur double king room was a luxury, but we were on the ground floor facing the strip. Noisy and very little privacy as passers by could easily see in the room with blinds open.
Great location at the top of the Grand Bend strip! Our family loved the courtyard for leisurely conversation around the fire. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
