The Breakfast Room was extremely hot. We chose to take our food back to our room instead. Breakfast was ample but nothing special.

The room was upgraded on arrival and we were quite happy with the size and seating. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Carpet could do with a cleaning, but overall we were very satisfied with the accommodations.

The room carpet had seen better days, I really disliked it. We had to vent the room. It smelled stell.the bathtub bottom and tiled area needs to be updated. Room need better lighting . The bathroom fan made a big racket.The microwave smelled of Mac and Cheese.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Parking on site.The room was spacious, nicely furnished.(Closets, dresser and mirror, desk and desk chair and nice t.v).The bathroom was nice except for the bathtub and shower area, that have seen better days

First world problems, no USB charging receptacles and we much prefer Keurig coffee machines in room so we can enjoy our brands of coffee in the morning.

Breakfast was good, the usual continental breakfast fare, good enough to get you going. Staff was a little bit curt chasing people out at closing time..Room was decent value for money, nothing fancy, but quite adequate. Location was perfect for our purpose, nine minutes from the zoo.

The room was not cleaned properly, there was dirty towels in the drawers, empty condom boxes in the drawers, floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed. The whole wing of room smelled like dogs, which is reasonable considering all the rooms around me held dogs. The cleaning lady I talked to apologized and came and cleaned room for me, but all the front desk did was say sorry that shouldn't have happened.

The breakfast was a bit basic and lacked variety. As an islander, my idea of breakfast is a lot different. However, they could have changed the menu some days rather than having the same meal each day. For instance having boiled eggs, bacon or even the option of hot chocolate occasionally. Another issue I had was with the carpet in the room-it was obvious that it had done its time and no amount of cleaning could bring it to its original state. It was dull and appeared dirty- I wasn't fond of this. Upon entering the room for the first time there was evidence of smoking-despite there being designated smoking areas Outside. This may have been caused by the persons who had stayed in the room before us; either way the scent still lingered.

The location was perfect-we were just a few minutes away from every where we wanted to go. The compound was very quiet and we felt safe there. The facilities were clean for the most part. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating-we arrived earlier and they went over and beyond to allow us to check in ahead of the time slated. I would certainly book this hotel again.

Although there were many empty rooms on our hall we were put beside a family with young children who sceamed and cried until almost 11 pm. Thankfully they were quiet all night after 11 pm.

Pd for room in advance then they asked for a damage deposit which i think is illegal to do . Not enough towels Bar soap only no body wash or bubble bath and i would have like a little for in my bath last night. Needed an extra chair besides just desk chair.

Loctation was good . Bed was comfortable . Room temp was comfortable.

Very sketchy people were guests & they were loud & partying outside late at night. Breakfast was awful. The 2 ladies working were horrible, whispering to themselves & standing in the way of customers. One lady opened a sliding drawer & before she could close it, Staff lady closed it on her. Poor selection & poor service. We’re not happy with Comfort Inn @ high summer prices.

For a quiet roon, everything could be heard. From the people on the rooms besides mine to the road and all outsode noise. Plus other guests screaming, running and chatting outside late at night.
