We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaSent message when booked for a ground floor room if possible, no answer. Was given a ground floor room after I asked when we arrived, was charged $10 extra for the ground floor and the hotel was not anywhere close to full.

CanadaThought there was elevator. Had to change from 2nd to 1st floor as companion used walker. Only 1 accessible parking spot, no accessible door openers at any entrance. Breakfast nook only sat 6, with beverages located elsewhere. Saw more staff having free breakfast than clients.

CanadaWe drove from Ottawa for a funeral at 1PM. The normal check in time is 3>PM . and we had to change clothes for the funeral. We asked if we could use the main floor washsroom to change, but to our suprise the hotel accomodated us and our room was ready at noon. Wonderful.Very courteous and accomodating staff.

CanadaThere were a few issues that affected our stay. When we checked in, the receptionist didn’t inform us about the breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included in our stay. The next morning, we came down with our kids around 9:00 AM only to be told that breakfast was already over. We ended up leaving hungry and had to look for a café nearby. Luckily, there was a McDonald’s close by, as most other restaurants in the area opened only after 11 AM. Also, the sink in our bathroom was clogged, which made using it quite inconvenient. These issues were disappointing, especially when travelling with children. A simple explanation at check-in and a quick maintenance check would have made a big difference. Hopefully, the hotel can improve communication and room upkeep in the future.
We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean and cozy.

CanadaThe pressure in the toilet wasn't good. Needed to ask staff to deal with it. Pressure in the shower wasn't great either. Items missing from breakfast but i understand that it was an abnormally busy day.
The breakfast had good variety. Location was good, near restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to Turkey Point.

CanadaThe rooms are a bit old, although clean! The heating system in some rooms is a bit old and harder to figure out.
The location is great with lots of nearby restaurants. The hotel serves a good breakfast and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is also an outside green area in the back of the hotel, and they allow pets! This is why I keep going back there!
