The walls and floors were dirty. The halls and stairs badly needed to be vacuumed. The toilet did not flush properly and over-flowed. The AC was very loud. Wifi didn't work.

The location was fantastic. The staff were all sure friendly and helpful. Sheets and towels were clean.

The soundproofing is a nightmare. You can hear every rustle outside the door. It is impossible to sleep without earplugs. The fire alarm went off several times a night, we went outside several times in the late evening. The room itself is a depressing box, but a night or two is fine

Front entrance was deceiving. The rooms was horrible. 2 single beds that felt like they'd fall apart. WiFi spotty. No cable. No parking. Check out at 11am, but street parking until 8am. Definitely NOT worth the price. I've stayed in better for less.

The bathroom floor was with water every time you would shower. Parking was not free, but thankfully, it was on the streets since we were there on the weekend. The AC was so loud and old.

Little to no parking. Only 4 places otherwise you need to park on the street which is usually crowed. The room was way below what I expected. No tV until I complained and temporarily fix was put in place.

Everything in the hallways echoed very loudly, but it was not a big deal when we had the AC on for background noise

A/C very noisy, no cable TV, no coffee machine or access to bottled water. The property is under renovation - looks like some lovely improvements to lobby are underway. The online impression was somewhat misleading - we anticipated something better than what we received. Staircase access only.

There is no parking for guests even though it says there's parking available. It does not list the $20 fee. Hall smells like cigarette smoke and noisy.

The bathroom was not good, mold in the shower, super thin TP, hairs on the towels, almost no water pressure and a tiny shower head. The Internet was weak, the temperature in the room was too cold and it was unclear how to turn it up. There was a TV but no channels to watch, maybe something you need to pay extra for.

The location is good, nice cafes close by.

The booking site I used said that there would be parking which is one of the reasons I went with this hotel. It was also quite cold at night.
