I find it too expensive which is why I’m unable to stay more often. Not affordable for regular working class folks with a single income.

The rooms are in need of renovations. The kitchen cupboards are old and broken down and the fridge didn't make ice, although it had an ice maker. The grout in the showers had mildew and is in desperate need of maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay as we got a good price on the room, but I would not pay high season rates here anymore, as it would not meet our expectations.

We've stayed at Copper Point many times over the years. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is nice and well kept, the restaurant, Elements, always has good food and ambience.

There were no hangers in the closet to hang my jackets, the shower diverter was broken so I had to fill the bath tub from the shower head, and the wifi did not work at all.

Nice patio outside my main floor room, fridge in room, underground parking was nice. Restaurant was amazing and food and staff were top notch.

The pool area does not have enough lounge chairs . The pool inside had no chairs & hot tub when turned it on inside didn’t work .

Are bbq did not work . They replaced it right away . Great service .

We hadn’t stayed at this property in about 10 years and it was more lovely than we remember it being. We brought our dogs with us and the property was so pet friendly. The staff were so nice and pleasant :) The property has so many bright flowers around it & there’s lots of areas for dogs to walk on grass which we like . The pools & hot tub were wonderful & the temperature of each was perfect . We had breakfast at the restaurant & the food in the was very tasty & service was fast :) Thank you Copperpoint for a fantastic vacay

Comfortable but the bed was toooo soft for our liking. The tennis court is for amateurs, combined with pickle ball ???? Staff very helpful, good dining room. Underground parking was impossible to find!

The limited food menu available poolside was disappointing, which was further reduced to only hot dogs, post the long weekend. Carpeting in the halls looks worn and dated.

The room was lovely with a mountain view. The pool and hot tub area were very relaxing. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Elements dining was enjoyable for breakfast and dinner.

Pillows were a bit large (for me) so some smaller ones would have been great. Also, we had a foldout couch so blankets in the suite would have been helpful (although able to get the when asked).

The suite we had was excellent. Stylish, functional, and clean. Loved the balcony and look of the unit. The hot tubs and pools (in and outside) were excellent, the pool area included a cabana (food and drinks) and the outdoor pool was nice and warm. Staff was really accommodating. It was above my usual rates but well worth it. The golf course was beautiful and very close to the hotel.

The rooms are looking old and tired. My group had 4 rooms so we had the opportunity to see multiple rooms. The furnishings are aged and damaged. For the price of the rooms (we had 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom and a suite), it was not reflected in the room. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was slow to come out and the steaks were over cooked, even after we sent it back. The server however, was great and very friendly

The pool area is great for gathering with friends.

Rooms tend to be a little noisy, can hear neighbors quite clearly. Definitely require another bicycle rack in the underground parking, almost no room left.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are absolutely fantastic, very much enjoy my stay after many visits.

Room wasn’t ready at check in. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned upon checking in and was not cleaned until the following day. Wifi did not work and tvs are ancient. Restaurant kegs lines were not working and they were out of stock for many items.

That the standard rooms don’t have a barbecue or robes for the pool. Plenty of room on the deck to add a barbecue. Not just for the bigger rooms.

Having access to the pools and sports courts prior to check in is amazing. Really likes how late the pools are open until. Fire pits are a great thing to do at night time.

Standard room is small and the kitchenette has nothing in it. Being your own spoon and microwave dish. Bathroom has not a single hook or shelf, lighting too dark, sink plugged up sometimes and toilet was har to flush. We wer here on a July weekend and it was packed with kids, the pool in particular. Pool area has no shade in afternoon and no greenery. I think the rooms are dated and not as nice as marketing claims. Hallway carpets are worn. Gym is a sad little room. Just a note: If you go to Invermere center or beaches or parks, you must deal with a ugly 200 m of busy highway. This is dangerous by bicycle or foot. Can’t recommend the location to bicycle to and from.
