Spacious. Well equipped kitchen with oven/cook top/microwave/toaster/dishwasher. Clean appartement. Communal BBQ area and swimming pool with hot tub and sauna. Quiet at night (we were there during shoulder season). Comfy bed. Bathroom with towel/soap/conditioner/shampoo included. There is no reception, but it's all well communicated in advance how to enter.

We really liked the location of the unit and the easiness of getting in and out for our short trips. It is furnished nicely and has everything you need either for a dinner, or resting with a book, or for watching a TV show. The bed is placed well and is comfortable. The communications with hosts were informative and pleasant. The place has swimming pool and sauna that we used on cool eves and they also were clean and easy to use. We truly enjoyed our stay.

If I’ve got to be picky then it took us a little while to find the parking permit as it wasn’t in an obvious place or where stated.

Clean, well stocked kitchen. It was nicely located near a little supermarket and a few restaurants. The underground parking was useful and our rental car felt secure. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed and being able to log onto our Netflix in the evening was a bonus.

The bathroom is inside the bedroom, feels inconvenient going to bathroom at night while other people are sleeping in the bedroom.

The tv was impossible to use. It was stuck on one channel and i couldn’t change it. I repeated the instructions many times without success. Frustrating.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. It would be ideal for a long holiday. The kitchen is great. The pool and community areas are attractive. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is spotless clean.

The kitchen is tired. The oven needs a good clean as it was smoking on preheat. So we turned it off and used the microwave.

I liked it all but there was one neighbour there that was nosy and didn’t like people who didn’t “belong there”. I felt like he was monitoring the pool area for people who didn’t reside in the units. I don’t think that was nice and didn’t feel comfortable with that. Otherwise everything was great!

This property was so nice! It felt like a home away from home and conveniently close to Whistler village without all the commotion and noise. The unit had a very comfortable and homey atmosphere and we loved that we could access a pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable too and it was nice to be able to watch tv from bed as well.

It would be too small to accommodate 4 people but it worked fine for the 2 of us. Helpful to have a device for charging electronics next to the bed. Too many unnecessary decorative pillows and other items for such a small space.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice dishes, glassware and appliances. Even had a good assortment of spices! We are already familiar with Lake Placid Lodge and particularly enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The description on bookings.com said there was a washing machine in the apartment. I only book accommodation with washing machines when travel. I paid an extra $500 for this apartment over other ones in the complex because I needed a washing machine and was happy to pay the extra money for the washing machine. When I arrived, there was no washing machine in the apartment. I enquired with the on-site manager and she said that there was a washing machine located in the basement and that the description in Booking.com does not say that there is a washing machine in the apartment. I informed her that the advertisement for this particular room said that there WAS a washing machine inside the room and sent her a screenshot to verify it. With no washing machine, I had to make do. I asked her how to use the washing machine in the basement. The instructions that she messaged me lacked detail and parts were incorrect. This resulted in me having to go to the supermarket three times to get the correct amount of money and powder to use the machine. Upon leaving at the end of my week I messaged to express my disappointment at the lack of information which should be crystal clear. I Expressed my frustration at having to pay an extra $500 for a room with a washing machine as this money was wasted. The manager offered to reimburse me 10% of my accommodation fee and despite this kind offer the reimbursement has not occurred even though I have sent a reminder.

The lights in the dark corridor just behind the front door were not working. The Sony remote control was missing which did not allow us to watch TV in the main room. There was no bedside alarm clock.
