As it’s very central, there was a little bit of noise from the street later in the evening, nothing some ear plugs couldn’t solve, so didn’t bother us. Small price to pay for a great location.

Great location, we had a suite and it was very well equipped, good size bedrooms, kitchen had everything you needed and there was a washing machine and dryer which was great as we’re on a long trip! Location is perfect, right in the heart of the village with access to everything very easy.

The only thing that I rate 9/10 is when you requested something from the help desk it’ll take 3 hours or more to arrive. It happened as well that we requested a kettle at 8 AM for tea but it didn’t arrive so we had to come down to request it again.

I like how comfy their bed which is great for pregnant like me. Also the location is just a walk a way from the village and any restaurant which is so convenient.

The entrance to the lift was not clearly marked and I had trouble to find it at the first time.

Liked the layout of the room a lot! Location at the entrance to the village was perfect for me. Underground parking did lead via lift directly to the room which is helpful with a lot of luggage. Shops and restaurants are in close proximity. Overall vibe was good as well.

The rooms were a bit difficult to navigate due to the locking system between the adjoining rooms. One of our party got locked in the entrance area...key cards in bedroom...a difficult configuration.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was great and location was very good as we did not have a car.

There was a delay checking in and there was no black tea (only herbal) supplied. I also felt that the quantity of things like dishwasher tablets and washing powder were poor. I was not sure if we had to buy more supply ourselves though.

The family suites have nice decor and are comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We loved the fireplace and spa/heated pool and shuttle service and ski concierge at the base of Whistler.

Second time this has happened to us. Our room was directly above the entrance to Garfinkels Night club. Couldn't hear the music but the inebriated patrons coming out of the club were so loud!! Woke us up several times, till 2 am. This side of the hotel faces the main village stroll. It is very loud with people talking or yelling. Most people retire to their rooms by 9:30-10 pm. So the village stroll does quiet down but then the nightclub noise picks up. Make sure to ask where your room is situated!!

The location, pool, 2-3 hot tubs, convenience of storage for skis & boards at the shop, right in front of elevators. Full washer & dryers on every floor. Small washer/dryer in our room. Small dishwasher in room. Ice & water machines on every floor.

Crockery & Cutlery - the addition of a small sharp knife and 2x larger bowls would be good. I had to buy a small sharp knife and a microwave safe container to make use of the microwave for basic meal prep.

Location - 5 min walk to the village areas and bus stops. Bed & pillows - may be the best we have ever had! Very comfortable. Coffee van in reception 7-9am - the coffee van was a pleasant surprise. They even offered Soy milk, which I've found to be uncommon in Canada. Bathroom products - were nice quality.

A couple minor things that didn't work for us. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9:00 a.m. on the first morning then required me to provide a time for them to return. Was not expecting that. They did not fill up shampoo on either day in one of the bathrooms (was clearly running low on day 1, ran out on day 2). When we asked for extra robes they were delivered without belts so we had to call again.

Staff were amazing. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially Stuart on the Concierge desk.

Pillows on bed. Room description says kitchenette, but this was not a kitchenette in my opinion. It was a microwave and bar fridge. Room was very warm even though the heat was off and the window was open. Comforter in bed was very thin.

Great location, convenient. Quiet for the proximity to the village.

Some updates need to be made to plumbing such as new toilets and bathtubs. Seems that suites have existing toilets and bathtubs from original build. For the prices charged, would expect updated suites. Also noticed that stairway leading to outside was not secure for most of the day (not requiring swipe access) therefore suites are not as secure as lead to believe. Anyone can access the building from the outside.

Location is great! Having an in suite kitchen is fantastic!
