We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaSuggestions (not complaints): One more chair for the desk or a proper small table for eating instead of the desk - I was travelling with my child and since there was only one chair, we ended up sitting on the floor and having a "picnic" to eat. Not the end of the world, but just would be helpful I think to improve the suite. :)
Host & her family were lovely, room was large, clean and private, with lots of light and private ensuite. They were very accommodating and friendly with my young son and I had key access. House is kept warm, but you can open the windows and turn on ensuite fan for good airflow. Plenty of linens and a small mini fridge and microwave for guests.

CanadaSTRANGE LITTLE THINGS: 1. TV in wrong place if intend to watch it. (We didn't). It's on a shelf against the wall opposite the foot of the bed and lower than bed. 2. No cable. Only YouTube 2. Cannot sit at/use the desk because the chair is too high for it. 3. No towel rack outside the shower
Loved the host (Mom) and her grown son. Very friendly, respectful and kind. Feels like "home". Huge space and ensuite bathroom. Quiet, safe, high end neighborhood. Super comfy bed. QUEEN BED (not double as listed) Lots of pillows. Would recommend

CanadaWe were not advised where to park as the driveway was full and therefore parked on street. At 1 am in the morning someone knocked loudly on our door advising us that car had to be moved. Unacceptable and we had parked in same spot the night before. This info should be given to guests upon arrival.
The room and bed were both comfortable and clean.
