It’s a bit weird to have no staff. You just get a code and look after yourself. That worked fine, but it’s not up everyone’s street…

The apartment is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. There’s no facilities to speak of, but if you just need a place to sleep in the centre it’s a good option.

Nice clean property with modern facilities (smart TV, washing machine, dryer, cooker, oven, fridge freezer). The property had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely stay again if in Montreal.

gotta get used to everything is done on line electronically. If you have questions, the answer may keep you waiting at a time. But they are making the effort and will get better.

The street it was on was very quiet at night which would make you a bit nervous walking back late. On the last night we had problems with our mobile phone and asked if they could arrange a taxi for 8-30am. Was told this was not possible and there would be no one in the office when we planned to leave so ended up having to walk to the station.

Very well equipped. Within walking distance of old port and town centre. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Staff very friendly.

Not much. Honestly super minimal but could use a tissue box and I didn't realise you had to hold down the lock button when you leave to lock the room (it was probably in the welcome video), but after that smooth sailing

One television seemed to have server connection issues. It also needed your own Netflix etc accounts which seemed a bit cheap. Problems with the access code which needed the cleaner to spend 5 minutes sorting out.

Layout is a bit unusual. Entryway is very dark. Entry code for the room seems excessively long.

The bathroom layout was very odd. Toilet in one cubicle. Shower in another. And the sink standing in the middle of the floor with no counter space and no mirror. David, ‘everyone knows’a woman needs a mirror at the sink.

Very comfortable bed in a big clean room with a full kitchen. AC worked well and was quiet. Very quiet hotel. We never heard a sound while staying. It’s a few steps to rue St Paul in the old city.

Microwave is placed oddly on a low shelf. Removing hot beverages is precarious.

We adored the space, the layout, the washer-dryer, the coffee maker, the lighting, Alexa was a pleasant surprise. The design is thoughtful for the old building and for traveller’s needs!

The addition of some shear curtains might add some privacy to the open en-suite arrangement. Whilst there was a padded bench a couch would have provided some more space to relax.

Shower door is transparent so can see the other person bathing.

David hotel was fantastic and in a great location. The rooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big island table. Beds are comfortable. There is also a washing machine and dryer with laundry pod provided. Pictures are fairly accurate. Really enjoyed the stay here. They have luggage storage on certain days so do check w them. I arrived on Sat and used bounce luggage which was nearby and opened early. Phayssal from Simplissimo was super great and helpful.
