We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Located on the busy and vibrant Queens, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The staff are courteous and pleasant. The hotel has ice and vending machines available.

Canada-road construction on road outside property -needs overhaul…decor in poor condition, very old appearance, needs painting, tub scratched, no drain stopper for bathtub, toilet wouldn’t stop running all night, door sticks & closes only w/ effort, tv picture all fuzzy, not crisp or clear, couldn’t watch the news or anything b/c strained my eyes. -when I tried to check in Sunday @ 3:25 pm there were two guests waiting to register ahead of me & the clerk took a long time to get the first one registered but after waiting there in line for 15 minutes, first guest was not done. I left because I had to be at wedding by 4 pm & it was 15 minutes away with traffic & construction on road including lane closures. The trip would normally take 10 minutes -got a call from check in clerk @ about 10 pm asking me if I was still coming & what time that would be there. I told her that it would be after midnight because I was at a family wedding until late & she assured me there would be someone there to check me in but later that night when I arrived at the property, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled & the night clerk was not informed of the conversation I had with the evening clerk. He apologized & registered me. He gave me a main floor room with king bed & told me I would get it for the same rate. He also told me not to update my credit card information with bookings.com because he said that bookings.com would charge me. It was late & I couldn’t remember what the rate was when I booked online thru bookings.com but I thought it seemed higher priced than what I had arranged several weeks previously. - the next morning, there were piles of dirt in the main lobby & no housekeeping in site -the check in clerk gave me a receipt & I told her about the deficiencies in the room.
