Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was expensive, the breakfast was very basic continental. The two double beds were small for 4 people.

Breakfast could be a bit more for that extra we paid for. Mold in the bathrooms Not enough towels Ice machine didn't work on 2nd floor. Floors were dirty We asked for joining rooms or a block. Rooms together on the same floor- DID NOT ACCOMMODATE Value was not worth what we paid for.

Fridge didn’t work, no microwave when I arrived, building was a bit shabby so was parking lot. Breakfast was not satisfactory.

The initial room allocated needs some serious bathroom maintenance/upgrade. Bathtub drain was blocked, and the tub itself requires replacement.
Located on the busy and vibrant Queens, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The staff are courteous and pleasant. The hotel has ice and vending machines available.

Hotel outdated, could do with a refit!

sorry but the housekeepers should use body odor. could smell their body odor on hallway that is why , I didn’t ask them to clean my room. Anyway, I can clean the bathroom, empty my trash, no big deal, but everybody were been good.

-road construction on road outside property -needs overhaul…decor in poor condition, very old appearance, needs painting, tub scratched, no drain stopper for bathtub, toilet wouldn’t stop running all night, door sticks & closes only w/ effort, tv picture all fuzzy, not crisp or clear, couldn’t watch the news or anything b/c strained my eyes. -when I tried to check in Sunday @ 3:25 pm there were two guests waiting to register ahead of me & the clerk took a long time to get the first one registered but after waiting there in line for 15 minutes, first guest was not done. I left because I had to be at wedding by 4 pm & it was 15 minutes away with traffic & construction on road including lane closures. The trip would normally take 10 minutes -got a call from check in clerk @ about 10 pm asking me if I was still coming & what time that would be there. I told her that it would be after midnight because I was at a family wedding until late & she assured me there would be someone there to check me in but later that night when I arrived at the property, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled & the night clerk was not informed of the conversation I had with the evening clerk. He apologized & registered me. He gave me a main floor room with king bed & told me I would get it for the same rate. He also told me not to update my credit card information with bookings.com because he said that bookings.com would charge me. It was late & I couldn’t remember what the rate was when I booked online thru bookings.com but I thought it seemed higher priced than what I had arranged several weeks previously. - the next morning, there were piles of dirt in the main lobby & no housekeeping in site -the check in clerk gave me a receipt & I told her about the deficiencies in the room.

It had a water purifier in non-working condition. Price for one night was high.
