For this category of hotel the breakfast was excellent scrambled eggs pancakes yogurt and a few other things. Room was clean. Staff was very nice.

Breakfast was very limited in choice. We were not pleased. Little things go a long way to make a stay succesful. They only had one choice of fruit….apples. How much would it cost to add a couple more items? Scrambled eggs only and didn’t look appealing. Small croissants of one variety. Breakfast disappointing for the price we paid for our room.

Windows don't open to get fresh air. Springs in the mattress light duty. You cave into the center of the mattress.

The mattress was extremely soft so my body sank into the center of the bed and arched like a bow. Breakfast was extremely poor (if you have time- go across the street to the store). Damage deposit was bigger than I usually paid in the other hotels, almost the same amount as my price for 2 nights.

Big room, bathroom, tv, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffee machine, clean place , good WiFi. Front desk man was very nice and helpful, he was able to help us with our bags and brought us an extra bath towel for our kid before we opened the room. Easy check out ( I just left my key card on the front desk table), they sent me back the damage deposit only some hours later after I left the hotel.

Tv was old couldn't watch anything but the channel available...last stay we had a smart tv and were able to tap into our Netflix to watch movies or shows

Days in was marked as accessable for people with disabilities, however there was some issues that make this seem false. For example, lacking automatic door buttons at the main entrance and interior doors and a lack of seating in the lobby. This location would benefit from increased concern for the needs of disabled visitors.

We liked the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of our room, and the bath for the night of our stay. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and filling. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The heater in our room was not working. It worked for 5 minutes and changed into cold air after. However the staff offered us another room at night, since it was hard to move all the stuff to another room and some people were already sleeping we refused to move to another room.

After we had spent the first night , we noticed ants on the floor in several areas. We reported it and they said they would do a deep cleaning which they did. However when we returned i found 12 more ants still running around. They did not offer us any compensation for this ant issue and I thought they should have.

We liked the fact that they had a microwave in the room so you didn't have to eat all the time. The fridge actually worked well and was big enough to stand up pop bottles. It was close to most areas we needed to be and there was a plaza and Tims across the street.
