Great location with stunning views of Lake Superior from room. Room comfortable, clean and modern. Front desk checking was superb, friendly. welcoming and genuine.

There was no “free parking” spaces left by the time we checked in and the waterfront location with condos and a marina left little room for other options. There was a $25/night (still not secure) parking a maze of a drive away.

Beautiful location on the waterfront. Bright and open spaces, rooms were on the small side of usual hotel rooms but appeared clean and stocked. We were given an accessible room as a result of availability and the bathroom was very open and generous. This was probably the reason the rest of the room felt small.

The biggest drawback of this hotel is the parking situation. If you are not fortunate enough to get one of the 15 parking spots next to the hotel you will need to park offsite and walk ~3 blocks to get to and from your vehicle. This should be corrected as there is a pay parking lot directly adjacent to the hotel but not complimentary for hotel guests (

The hotel is very clean and the bartender at the Cafe' and Bar was fantastic. She was also responsible for serving us customers that were sitting at separate tables and not the bar and she did a fantastic job of taking good care of us.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, beautiful view. We booked it with the breakfast included option, however the staff at the restaurant were confused and told us to pay for breakfast. After speaking to the receptionist they apologized for an error as the breakfast was included in the price, they got confused as the booking was made through a third party”Booking.com” The breakfast was very good, big portions.

Housekeeping has issues. Did not make up room despite several calls and promises? Only leaves 1 caffeinated coffee in room for the coffee maker ? Gotta split it with the wife ??

The price. We were placed in a room that had barely a window, and the small window it had had a horrible view of the roof/ mechanical area. Crazy they place people in these rooms and charge $300+ a night for that… thankfully I was able to move to a room with a bit better of a view but still pricey all things considered.

The location was nice being close to the waterfront. We were able to walk from our event which was downtown to the hotel easily.

The hotel is ok, but not wow. I paid $360, but there was no slippers, no bathrobes. For some reason the alarm clock woke me up twice at 6 am and at 6.09. It was not nice at all. We are driving from Nova Scotia to Alberta and need a good rest... The hotel didn't provide any discount for the discomfort.

The receptionist Noah was very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and nice.

Just a little over priced is all. A free breakfast would be nice to have included. Not a lot of convenient upper parking..for bigger vehicles/ moving trucks etc.

Beautiful spot, a smidge overpriced but kinda worth it. Room is very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds,great amenities. Excellent restaurant on site

Restaurant service!

Hotel, check in staff all great. Restaurant a bit of a cluster. Extremely slow service. Breakfast was terrible. My husband & I were seated before 2 large tables of 8 & 10. They had coffee & orders taken before we saw a waitress. We walked out after 45 minutes of no service. Restaurant 2 blocks away. We were in & out with excellent service in less than an hour.
