Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pool was spotless and very enjoyable. Our stay coincided with the Easter event, and my kids had an amazing time participating in the activities. Despite our late check-in, the staff graciously allowed us to use the pool at noon, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

United StatesIt was very strange to stay in an empty conference center. No dining available, though we didn’t need it. Our room, which had a great view, was a long and confusing walk from the entrance- again, no big deal but strange.
The view from the room was beautiful. Everything was fine, and the bed was excellent.

CanadaIt wasn't the cleanest place. I understand they are under renovations but many bugs crawling around on the floors wasn't very comfortable with. This place is quite large. Very hard to get around. Didn't even see a map to show you how to maneuver through the building. Had to park across the street basically and were on the 6th floor, so the distance to get from parking to room was crazy.

CanadaHow me and my family were treated. We went and had breakfast at the restaurant and the server told us it was included in our stay as she did take our room number not once but twice, so we left after eating then to find out they were accusing us of dining and dashing but blaming it on my brother in law and his family and treated them horribly and tried to humiliate them infront front of other guests. They told the front desk that they paid for their breakfast and still tried to make them pay for a bill that wasn’t theirs. Then acted like they were doing them a favour saying they would just cover it even though they already explained to them they already paid for their breakfast. My partner and his brother went to the front desk together after us finding out what they were saying about us and accusing his brother of and came right back to the hotel to fix the situation and told them what he was told by the waiter that morning and said he would definitely pay for the breakfast even though the waiter told him before he even fed our children that it was covered since we were booked there. Then all of a sudden it wasn’t an issue anymore. The manager did apologize for her staff but never had her staff members apologize to my brother in law or his wife for treating them the way they did. That whole situation definitely could have been handled professionally and not just accusing people of stealing and acting like we couldn’t afford to feed our children. We also were not allowed to use the pool our first day there as there was a private booking which I did not see anything posted about that when I booked at this hotel and the slide they have posted we were not allowed to use either. When we were finally able to use the pool we got treated really crappy by a staff member in there as well.

CanadaI'd asked for a ground floor room on the booking site, because of my mother's limited mobility, and got a message saying the request was approved. We were actually on the 3rd floor, but there were elevators. What I didn't realize was that it was a crazy long walk to the room. It was a long, twisting hallway with lots of sharp turns, narrow doorways and shallow ramps. We got a cart for our bags but it was awkward to maneuver around the corners. I wouldn't recommend trying to get a large suitcase to the rooms. The design of the building is weird to the point of being ridiculous. I even used a GPS tracker to map the route from the elevator to the room because it was so strange. It's shown in blue on the photo. The photo of the hallway doesn't do it justice because it's impossible to see more than 7 or 8 meters before it makes another turn. When trying to get back to reception I took a few wrong turns because I hadn't noticed that it was on level 2. Even when I got to the right floor, it was tricky to find the reception as it was nowhere near the elevators and i had to go down a strange-shaped ramp and round three corners. There were signs pointing in all directions but I guess I needed a code book to interpret all the icons, as they certainly weren't intuitive. I have an engineering degree and found this building difficult to navigate! The 'suite' was two rooms and was clean and comfortable, but was a very odd shape. The furniture was very nice but because of the layout it was difficult to get to one side of one of the beds because the desk and chair were jammed into an awkward corner. This also meant I couldn't reach the curtains either. The shower was big, had two spray heads, and felt great, but was DANGEROUSLY slippery. I'd been looking forward to using the pool after a long day driving, or before I set off again in the morning, but it's only open from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Clean. Comfortable beds. Well-maintained. Felt new and fresh. Lots of airplane photos and photos of exceptional engineers on the walls.
