The parking lot was a little difficult to get into, and parking seemed limited. TV volume was unable to be adjusted with the remote we had. The water pressure in the shower wasn't bad, but I couldn't get the full flow to come through the showerhead, much was still coming out of the faucet - which was also strange that there was a faucet to fill up the tub and it was only a walk in shower. The water was so loud I thought it would wake up the neighbors and I wanted to get out as soon as possible.

Very good value for the Toronto area. Very clean room and bathroom. Generally this was a quiet location. Staff was friendly.

Nothing to complain about. The one small thing, I foolishly went by the time on the alarm clock, which for some reason was one hour behind, and missed the free breakfast.

My deluxe king bed was lovely. Clean, functional, lots of room to move around.

The elevator is VERY small- only holds 2 people at a time, it is also very slow. There is a staircase available if accessibility isn’t a requirement.

Room was clean and arranged nicely when we arrived. Bed is comfortable and I appreciate the air conditioning in the room. The lighting around the mirror in the bathroom was a cute touch. Location is relatively central, an Uber to Downtown Toronto is between $30-$40. Front desk gentlemen at check-out was fantastic! 😁

We didn’t have breakfast because of early flight. Staff were very accommodating, bed was amazing, clean room and great shower although took a bit to warm up. $30 cab fare to airport but more expensive from airport $60. Value got money lots of eatery’s around for lunch and dinners

The room wasn't as clean as I liked. The bedspread showed signs of needing to be washed, and I found hair near the shower that was there when I arrived.

The location was convenient for our visit. The staff was very good and accommodating.

Very nice clean hotel. We used it after an overseas flight as we got in late. Nice room, new modern furniture and bathroom. Great walk-in shower. A good hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, juice etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at a very central location with easy approaches to various parts of Missisuagua. I will say it is an option for those who are looking for pocket friendly safe and comfortable stay. Basic rooms but clean and cozy.

The beds were double felt small for 2. The lighting in the room is only from beside lamps. There is a lamp by the window chair. Overall with all the lights on, there is not enough light for the room.

The hotel had free parking. Was conveniently located near the airport. The bathroom was good and had all the amenities for an overnight stay traveller. The water could be refilled at the lobby in your bottles. The room had TV and fridge. There was a 2 person lift. This was convenient for taking our luggage to the room. The breakfast was good. It had options of pop hot items of eggs, potatoes and pancake machine. The cold food had yogurt, cereal, juices. Coffee was good. Options for various teas. The staff was friendly and attentive

Breakfast was a bit sad for a vegetarian. Would have been nice to have something fresh, like fruits or fresh juice. Anyways, nice to have some kind of breakfast included in the price.

Very comfortable room with AC and heating. Really friendly staff. Clean spaces and calm environment. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again for one night.
