    no Free Breakfast...wi-fi hard to connect to...and elevator ridiculasly slow

    Location & quality of rooms.

    They allow dogs & there was a small dog in the room next door that barked on & off from 3am keeping us awake. I complained but my complaint received no response.

    You kidding me. You guys didnt book the hotel. And cancelled without giving an alternative. Its a shockingly bad service. I have recosider booking on this site going forward. Mush

    I found the reception staff friendly and welcoming and enjoyed the warm cookie. The bed was very comfortable, and the large TV screen the best. Thank goodness for the good decaf coffee option in both the room and the dining room. The room was very quiet and the location perfect for our purposes.

    The waiter in the dining for breakfast could have used more help. Too much for one person. The parking for guests not that great

    Fast check in, offered snacks at front desk, super comfortable beds

    I called to see if they offered anything special in the room for birthdays, they said they were going to put a gift basket in the room, but never did! Still a lovely stay though.

    Location was excellent for what we needed. Check in and out was very smooth Staff where very helpful and pleasant

    Housekeeping left only clean bath towels the second day, didn't make beds refresh coffee station, replace wash cloths or hand towels. Water pressure in the room was low, staff came to adjust but it remained low.

    Great location and comfy beds.

    Bathroom was quite small, the outdoor pool was not warm enough to swim in and there were very limited GF options on the menu so we couldn’t eat at the hotel.
