Planning our visit in a less busy time. Drumheller was packed with tourists and families, and so was the hotel. Trying to even get into the breakfast room was impossible, so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

The hotel was very full and busy but as seniors we were tucked away in a quiet corner which was perfect :) Good free parking available.

However the cost of $380 a night is very high. As high as some luxury hotels in Calgary. This seems much too high. It prices out middle income families.

We love this place! It is a very family oriented hotel. Clean, great staff, we love the pool and the rooms are nice but not so fancy that you feel nervous having children in them.

The hotel is a bit old, built from wood, and missing sound proofing. We made a lot of noise for the downstairs neighbors just by walking in the room, and got noise for the room above us There is no in stay service at all. Or at least we didn’t get one for our 2 rooms where we stayed for 2 nights

The bed we had was very squeaky , couldn’t even move an inch without it squeaking . We were in room 215

Too expensive. Canada feels like greed and gouging now. I would have spent two nights if it wasn’t so expensive-

Everything was good. Pool and hot tub a bit small and families in there so not much room. Alsi, pool opened at 9 am and I wanted to go swimmimg but breakfast was on and I didn’t want to go after I dresssedvforbthe day and already had eaten. 9 am is a bit late why couldn’t it open earlier on a bright summmer day? People head out by a11 am. There’s no lifeguard what’s the problem if it opened at 6 AM for instance?

Not enough light in the room. It was very dark at night since there were only two dull ceiling lights.

Not enough seats in the breakfast area to sit down if it is crowded. More seating would be good.

Overall, the place was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast coffee was also good. Kids were very excited about the slider pool.

No lactose free options or many fruit options at breakfast. The hair dryer didn't work. They fixed it right away.

Complimentary breakfast. Close to Smitty's and BP. Water slide. Pool wasn't busy. Clean newer looking area.

The pool was getting renovated, so we had to run over to the neighbouring hotel to use their pool. Also our air con wasn't working, so it got fairly hot in our room.

The staff was lovely, THE BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD!! Also the fact that they accept dogs 10/10. The room was good, I overall had a great time!

I have traveled extensively and have spent hundreds of roon nights at numerous properties. The layout and selection of foods in the continental breakfast were some of the best I've ever experienced.
