Sound traveled a lot from the hallways into our bedroom. Every time the stairway door opened, we could hear it while we were sleeping.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Amazing breakfast. One of the best we experienced on our road trip. Fantastic location. Close to many options.

While the room presents a semblance of order, it appears that the dust and the cleanliness of the carpet could benefit from some attention, and the bathroom sink's drainage was somewhat problematic.

I am most grateful for the hospitality extended, and I was very pleased that they were kind enough to allow us an early check-in. The breakfast was also quite delightful.

A bit old and loud. We were close of the pool so not quiet before 10pm.Old facility so not super quiet we could heard our neighbors.. so lots of pros and cons just depends on your budget.

The room was not ready for our 4pm check in time. After driving 7hrs for a 4pm check in and having to wait another hour and a half was not good.

Really enjoyed the room, having the suite saved us lots with not having to eat out all the time. And the extra room was a nice bonus.

There aren’t private showers in the pool area so you have to go back to your room to wash off but we made it work. The mattress wasn’t great quality and not comfortable.

The building itself is solid cement which keeps it super cool in the baking heat of Drumheller, and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and water slide and our room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. Breakfast was great!

Some of the fixtures and fitting were a bit tired. The breakfast set up was challenging, it’s a large hotel with a very small area in which to eat breakfast, and the supplies kept running out!

The room was comfortable and quiet. It was easy to find and had a good variety of eating places within walking distance, one of which was an impressive supermarket called Fresons.

The breakfast was adequate, they restocked it when we asked for things that ran out. We really appreciated a call when I left my e-reader in the room and held it at the front desk for pick up. The cleaning staff were really helpful in finding a cot for my grandson and the ones we met in the hall were very friendly.

There was a lot of noise in the evening outside our room, across the hall. Yelling, dog barking a bit, lots of noise, sounded like some arguing. That part did not feel safe.

We needed a roll out bed. Not provided. The eggs were under whelming. Kids didn't like how they tasted or looked. Didn't like having our room right beside the elevators.

The hotel alarm went off at 5:30 AM in two of our three rooms , waking us all up. It was incredibly frustrating, especially with with 8 kids between the two rooms including 3 3-year-old, who were difficult to settle back to sleep. We had already had a busy day before and another one ahead, so it was far from ideal.

The hot breakfast was the same both Saturday and Sunday. The room was crowded and tables where not washed after someone was done eating. Not the lady's fault who was taking care of the breakfast room. It was busy due to the long weekend and being by herself. She did have a little help from front desk staff but they were busy as well. Kudo's to her for doing the best she could do on a long busy weekend.

Check in was smooth and we had no issues getting into the room at 3 p.m. it was cleaned and ready to go. The room was spaces.
