Clean room on the main floor

Clean.

Hosts let us check in early for no extra charge. Bedroom was private and kitchen was full of equipment we could use and spacious. The house was very clean and not noisy.

Great hosts Comfortable room

This is the worst booking I have ever stayed in (out of dozens, all around the world). Do NOT stay here.The location of this place was in a lovely neighborhood. This is the only thing I liked about this property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This house is originally a 3 bedroom house, and was presented on booking as a nice calm relaxing place that appeared to be as such, about 2-3 bedrooms per what it looked like online. However, the host rather creatively, cheaply, and dishonestly has put up temporary drywall barriers to invent and create SO MANY new rooms to cram her unsuspecting guests. I walked around the house and counted NINE low quality janky bedrooms that she had made (out of what should be a 3 bedroom house), and my mother and I found ourselves sharing a dirty moldy bathroom with 10 other guests, that I counted. What in the world? Seriously. We were greeted rudely by the host, and she managed to turn any living space (the kitchen, the living room, the dining room from what would be shared living spaces into uncomfortable, low-quality, and very not up to code rather hostel-like cheap drywall bedrooms. We were crammed in there very dishonestly, and I did not appreciate paying $125 each for a night in these rooms for the equivalent of what I would expect in a $15-$20 hostel. This whole place is incredibly deceiving and dishonest, and should be removed from booking.

Bathroom is really dirty. No glasses for water, only 2 coffee mugs for entire house. Common areas are messy.

This home has about 14-16 units in it, it reminded us more of a hostel than anything Perfect if your there only to sleep, Definetly needs a updated,more cleaning better bed and decor

It was in a residential area, not really in close walking distance to restaurants.

Don’t waste your money for dirty, smelly, moldy, uncomfortable bedding, moldy bathroom and totally unsanitary. The basement part of house that I stayed in for three nights was very dirty and smelly. Like old rancid mop water left in the hallway stunk. I put it outside hope the smell would go away. It did not by the next day because the tile hallway so dirty. You can see the heavy layer of dirt and grime in the tile. The edges of the tile floor edges to the walls looked a little cleaner but the middle path was dark with grim and filthy. They said they only washed with water and swifter. Grout and crevices are full of dirt. After walking through there to my room. I wash the dirt from my feet. Not putting the feet in the bed. The bedding looks very worn. The pillows were so worn out. Kitchen and bathroom was not sanitary by any means. Please wash the house supplied kitchen utensils and plates. Sinks are gross as the countertops. No paper towels supplied. The community towels by in the kitchen or bathroom where never changed out. Looked like it's been a long while since they were cleaned. Bathroom is gross. Mold in the tub shower area. Exhaust fan makes noise but doesn't do any exhaustion. Dirty refrigerator inside.

The location is close by a supermarket and you can literally walk to it just takes a few minutes. The location is in a nice neighborhood.

It was extremely dirty. When I arrived the sink was full of dishes. Before cleaning it through because the sink and drying rack were both disgusting to I cleaned it myself before doing all the dishes. There is dust in the bathroom. And black mold wich is a serious health hazard. The tiles of the floor are almost just black even though it's supposed to be white. As soon as you step out you bedroom you can smell the mold wich is also a health hazard. Both the microwave and cooking place are disgusting. I texted the owner the first day I arrived I stayed here for five days by the way. I said I would appreciate it if some of the things could be cleaned but they never did it's very disappointing. The money you have to pay for it is not worth it.

Location was fine

The place was extremely bad. There was an awful smell of mold. The bathroom was disgusting - we didn't even want to take our shoes off it was so gross. There are multiple rooms being rented on the property like a hostel. We had booked a room but the host told us once we got there that the room was only meant for 1 person and it was $50 per person but we had already paid $132 and she still charged us an additional $50. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Would recommend staying far away from this property.
