Tom an Oli are super friendly, the place was beautiful close to everything. I really enjoyed my time there, Tom and Oli aldo gave me a complimentary bottle of wine because of my birthday. Thank you so much guys, I would definetely recommend it

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, very tasteful decor with nice touches. But the best thing by far was the host, Tom. He met us on arrival, was warm and welcoming. He provided an itinerary for our short stay ( and we tried many of his suggestions). He coordinated an extremely early transfer to the airport. Great location.

Gorgeous property in a prime location. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of staying in people’s houses, but this place was impeccably clean, comfortable, stylish, quiet, private and modern. I walked to downtown every day, but there are many eateries close by. Entry is by door codes and super easy. Would give it a score of 12 easily.

Finding a modern quiet room after business travelling and all day meetings was important. The entry in booking.com immediately appealed to me as it was a room in an exquisite house near the centre of Toronto. The area was beautiful with excellent cafes and restaurants suggested by the kind owners of the home. It was perfectly relaxing. Just what I needed.

Absolutely loved my stay at this downtown Toronto gem! This was my second stay at this property in five years, and I was thrilled to see it just as wonderful as I remembered! Located just a 8 minute walk from Dundas Square and the iconic Eaton Centre… the vibe of the city right at your doorstep!

The property is in immaculate condition and everything works perfectly! Just note that you are in someone’s house, need to pass through the hosts living room and kitchen to go up to the rooms, which for certain guests and certain situations could be less private and uncomfortable. Although coffee is available in the room, rooms come without breakfast and no possibility to have it there or use the beautiful kitchen to prepare something. For the price of the room, this could be questionnable. Another issue is the neighbourhood… Oh Toronto you have a huge problem with drug users! They are very present in the area, but never aggressive! This zombie drug is horrible and really sad to see so many people in such dire conditions…

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hosts are very friendly and helped us out to change the room to the backside of the house because of construction works right in front. Very nice gesture and we got the rest we were looking forward to. Downside was that the room was not with an ensuite bathroom, but in the end not a big deal. We even got a bottle of wine, the little things that make it all up and make people feel welcome! Neighborhood is really cute, and although it lacks a bit of options for food, drinks, nights out, it is walking distance to many places and very well connected with public transport.

A little far away from downtown/sights (25+ min) have to walk through more run down neighborhoods/streets to get there if by foot. House was very nice, guests not allowed to use common areas, living room or kitchen.

Recently updated, modern abode with very comfortable bed and lovely appointed en suite bathroom. The house was off a side street so not much traffic sound. Entry and check in was easy/smooth coordinating with host. Good restaurants within walking distance, easy access to light rail.

A beautiful home, well located. Get a feel for a residential area. Friendly hose have tips of where to visit and recommended restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. The bedroom and bathroom were pristine.

The room feels brand new, perfectly clean, incredibly comfortable, bathroom is wonderful, the lights/doors/AC/blinds are all smart home technology, and the house is ultra fashionable. Overall the best experience you can have, easily 5* hotel standards.
