We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! It was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Calgary. The location is perfect — quiet, peaceful, and very convenient. We were especially grateful for the host’s kindness and flexibility. They accommodated our early check-in at the last minute, which made our arrival so much easier. After check-out, they even found an item I had accidentally left behind and kindly returned it to me. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Room was big and great and the price was good. There were many plusses as to the location too. Good sound proofing. In room facilities good too. Check in was easy

Drug addicts everywhere around the building!!! The furniture was worn out and bedroom walls at the floor level damaged. Toilet needed to be manually stopped on flushing at times.

The property is cool and nice

getting the keys are hard. and garbages need to throw it downstairs

Great location right by the river walk and close to Prince Island Park. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance (love the Hong Kong style breakfast/ food at the restaurant a few stores away) and the Canadian supermarket close by. The apartment is clean, bed very comfortable, hot shower with good water pressure,kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer available. I only wish that the apartment has its own parking, but there’s lots of street parking which is free from 6pm-9am and 2 parking lot/garage close by. Amy is the best and very responsive when have any questions or needs help. Will definitely come back if we visit Calgary again.

Nothing

We choose the location because it was close to the pick up point of the tour bus we booked for Banff tour. Bed was comfortable. AC/heating was comfortable. The river and a beautiful park was nearby. We walked along the lovely path on riverbank in the evening.

We booked the property for two person but only one set of towels was provided. There were extra bath towels but no extra face towel or hand towel noted. I have emailed requesting another set of towel to the person who provided us the information about the key collection but never receive any response. Couple of the cups and plates were not clean. Overall the property could do with a bit of cleaning.

Great price in a prime location. The bed was super comfy, and the balcony provided some great views.

Cleanliness left little to be desired, but not terrible. Couch was uncomfortable. And the decor was a bit dingy and lacking.

Location

This place would not stay on the market for more than one week in Europe. Dirty carpet in bedroom was discusting Just a dump in my opinion

The location was great, quiet area overlooking the river and only 6 blocks from downtown, so a short walk to get everything you wanted. Only 300 m to the bus stop for the airport.

Great location, close to downtown and very close to amazing food in the Chinatown area.

A small gripe but the apartment was very cold. It's noted there is no AC, but the central HVAC system pumps out really cold air that you can't turn off. I found it chilly in there if anything, despite the 30° weather outside.

Good location in the centre of town but the neighbourhood a few blocks east is best avoided. Even the supermarket has guards on the door. Big flat. Very light

Balcony door doesn’t lock, on the first floor so not great. Washing machine broken. Did try to give us alternatives but communication very slow. Eg we’ll find you a machine at 11am. At 1145 we approached the cleaner to find out which machine to use as we’d heard nothing. Place needs some TLC eg the bed (see photos)

I love the view and it’s close to everything

Great location with clear view over Bow River. Next to China Town and easy walk to lovely park and River Cafe and into town.

Amenities were a bit lacking. The apartment has a great verandah with view but unfortunately it’s also popular with pigeons

Location is perfect, 5min walk to the city center; Amy took care of us and helped with in every request

Everything

The locations view was good and fairly easy to get places in the city from the location.

Didn't feel very clean. Smelled like a smoker lived there. Very beat up and used feel to it. The outside area was portrayed as belonging to the unit but was a common area that was very dirty. Door to outside patio was hard to lock. Beautiful view from patio but very unusable space.

Comfortable bed with good linen.

It’s in need of an update. The furniture and decor is definitely showing its age and is quite worn and damaged.
