As previous comments the breakfast was excellent and homemade by host. Very comfortable stay with separate bedroom. Games available as well as a pool table and dart board if you wish. Small fridge with bottled water. Comfortable sitting area with nice size tv and fireplace. You do have to go through the host living room upon entering but that’s ok as he respects your privacy.

Blind for the bedroom window. Carpet runners for the bedroom above to help with the noise.

It was great having breakfast in the morning and the fridge full of cold beverages. My own area to watch TV was a great bonus as well .

The host were absolutely lovely we had a wonderful stay it was very comfortable and inviting after waking we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast that we would not be able to have at any other hotel we could have stayed at Don and Renee were so easy to talk to we had great conversation but also had great time to ourselves we will definitely return we love the town of Fergus thank you again for a fantastic stay and opening your home to complete strangers so that they may have a relaxing time away from their own home sincerely, Steve and Heather!💯👍🏽

I would suggest putting a mat on the floor in the bathroom in front of the sink. The floor is ceramic in the bathroom so the floor can feel cold & hard on the feet while getting ready to go out.

Easy access to get in & out. There were beverages in the fridge to help ourselves to. It was clean, quaint & the bed was really comfortable. The brunch that Don made for us in the morning was great! He's a wonderful host 😉

We stayed one night with Don recently for a wedding in the area. We had a wonderful stay, the home is clean and Don and his wife were the perfect hosts. Don cooked up a lovely breakfast before we left.

I have stayed at many bed and breakfasts. None compared to this gem. The place is exceptionally clean and the host is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh, home cooked and plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. This beautiful home is on a quiet street in a beautiful village. Thanks Don for a great experience.

I probably didn't read the ad closely enough because I didn't realize we would have to go through part of his house to go downstairs to the suite. So I wasn't expecting it. Again, I suspect this was my bad for not going over the ad before we arrived.

Don has every reason to be proud of his rental - so clean, comfortable, and he made every effort to accommodate us. Breakfast was delicious and he sent us on our way with Muffins and bananas!

The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable. Great location for site seeing . Ample parking for two. Complimentary beverages in the fridge. A full breakfast was served with table side service from Don who was so friendly and attentive without being intrusive. This place was exceptional!

Property was exactly as described, immaculately clean, and there was cold beer and other drinks in the fridge which we enjoyed upon arrival on our bikes. Don was an exceptional host, explained everything we needed to know and made recommendation for place to eat dinner.

Everything was exceptional, there is nothing negative about this property.

When you get to the home you are immediately greeted with love. The house is clean, equipped with everything you need. You immediately feel like home. In the morning the hospitality was exceptional, with a beautiful breakfast, adding a fruit bowl, muffin and yogurt to the already big, yet delicious meal. We came for a wedding at the Elora Mill (which was only a 10 minute cab ride)

Don made a fantastic breakfast could not ask for anything more. Always on a timely manor and delicious very clean and tidy and thoughtful toward his guests {us}. We felt we made new friends everything was more than expected. both Don and Renee were great and made us feel like royalty all the while respecting our privacy during our stay..
