It’s gorgeous. It’s quiet, like a little oasis but close to everything you need. The bed/mattress was so comfortable. Best night sleep I’ve had in a long time.

The tap in the kitchen needs to be replaced. It was leaking quite a bit when we used it. When the neighbours upstairs walked around with shoes on, it was a little noisy, but not overly distruptive. There was no onsite parking, only street parking. We sometimes had to park a little distance from the house as there were a number of construction vehicles parked in front of the house beside ours, but, again, it was only a slight inconvenience, and no fault of the owners of our property. It would be nice to have a motion light over/beside the door. There were motion lights along the walkway to the door, but no light right at the entrance. It was a little dark around the entrance.

Accessing the property was very easy. The apartment was spotless and smelled very clean when we arrived. The little touches were very appreciated, like a hair dryer, curling iron, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, shampoo, body lotion, and even Q-tips! The kitchen essentials, such as dishes, pots and pans, etc. were well stocked. Walk-in shower was heavenly. Beds were very comfortable. I loved that there was such an amazing trail system in the park area beside the property. I used it quite a bit. It is also within walking distance to a bus stop (very close) and to the farmer's market (a little longer walk, but worth it), which we greatly enjoyed on Saturday! The neighbourhood was very quiet and the neighbours I met on my walks were very friendly. It is about a 10 minute drive to a Superstore, drug store, restaurants, etc. The managers of the property were very responsive anytime we contacted them. They were a pleasure to deal with through the entire experience. This was our first time renting a rental property, and they guided us through the process and were willing to answer any question us newbies had! We felt very supported through our entire stay.

This property was easy to find, easy to park at, and easy to enter. The host was extremely responsive when contacted, and instructions for everything from start to finish were excellent. This was our first ever Air BnB experience, and has given us the best kick-start on that journey, and has set the bar high. Inside the property was pristine as far as appearance and cleanliness. The beds were super comfy, the appliances were top notch, kitchen fully stocked as far as cookware, bedding was great, and everything was exactly as advertised. Not having to take any dirty laundry home with us was such a bonus! This property/management company will absolutely be our go-to when we come back to Edmonton. Definitely worth every penny!

Poor kitchen cooking utensils, wiggly water tap in bathroom.

Location was amazing considering we walked to downtown on the trails and to Whyte Ave.

I would have liked more space for hanging longer items in the closet and the plumbing fixtures needed some adjustments.

Great location; quiet street close to beautiful trails for walking, running and biking, as well as a reasonable walk to shops and restaurants. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities was perfect.

The sofa bed cannot be counted as a bed that sleeps two, AT ALL! Barely good for one, not comfortable. It is just a couch with a tiny 4 ft pullout for who, who is under 4 ft? It is not a proper hideabed. Until they fix the couch issue it is really only good for 4 people. For that I had to rate it lower as I would have.

It was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed. It was all very organized and seamless. Loved our stay.

I thought this was a walkout basement (not a side entry) and was expecting large windows and doors that would open to the garden area. It felt a bit gloomy inside and the directions to access the side door and keypad were not clear enough. The living area was not conducive to conversation or TV watching; could use more furniture and better placement. The decor was quite sparse.

Large kitchen area with plentiful cabinets and storage. Plenty of kitchen wares, although we only had breakfast. Could use better frying pans.
