Door in bathroom didn't shut. Pillows were flat and hard. Bed was too hard, difficult to sleep on.half of the ceiling g lights did not work

Location.bonus there was a fantastic restaurant on site...but it didn't open until 10,which was too late fir breakfast. Loved the spacious well supplied living room and kitchen.securiy with our own key from outside was a bonus.

Didn’t bother us but quite a few stairs going up to the rooms

Don’t be put off by the exterior. Rooms were big enough, exceptionally clean, water was hot. Staff friendly and hard working. Kitchen was spotless. Great value for a one night stop.

It was very warm. It was an unusually warm day and the portable air conditioner couldn't keep up. Wifi, was very poor.

Staff were friendly, The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy.

Restaurant downstairs did not open until 10 am so made it hard to get breakfast before heading out for the day’s

Loved having a washer and dryer to use for a small fee.

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy with music playing in through the room on both nights.

The Inn was set up really well, the lounge area and kitchen were incredibly helpful to prepare us for our journeys. The room was spacious with a large bed and bathroom. Also the staff were very kind and helpful. It was a great value stay!

The parking would be horrible during a snow storm or if the plow needed to get through. Im not sure hoe it works in botwood, but here in stjohns we have a ban on parking in the street. I parked on the side of your building but almost destroyed my car going up over the curb. The rooms also have two ventilators but no heat, which would be horrible during the colder days. I definitely think the curb/ sidewalk should be addressed.

I like the location. You could walk across the road to foodland and the liquor store and there is a restaurant in the same building. The layout of the motel is like a home with a living room and such, which gives it a nice touch. The price is fair, given it is like the only place to stay while visiting botwood. I still wouldnt pay any higher for this place however.

Walls and doors were too flimsy. You can hear everything outside in the hallways and a bit in the adjacent rooms.

It's close to a supermarket and right in the center of Botwood near the water. Place is clean and there is a diner downstairs.

The sign had burned out on the outside sign so it was difficult to find at night in the rain.

This place is not for everyone but it scores very high with us. It is scrupulously clean. The room was quite small but adequate. The shared kitchen has excellent facilities for meal preparation. The showers are down the hall but clean and completely adequate. There was only one other guest while we were there in November so it was like having the place to ourselves. We enjoyed breakfast in the common room dining area and it was very pleasant. We watched a movie on our computer in the lounge and were very comfortable. The staff, both in the restaurant below and the cleaning staff were helpful and cheerful.

I realized the rooms did not have air conditioning. An electric fan was how provided in the room. An air-condition system would have been preferred. However, given the price I guess this is Okay

Staff were welcoming. The location was in close proximity to other tourist sites which was great. The price was unbeatable

The AC needs a bit of tweeking in room 6, easy fix, just a note.

The staff were very helpful and used great communication to let us in. The kitchen and living room was fantastic, thank you for having good facilities. Clean and inviting. GREAT having grocery store across the street and wonderful cafe below.

The place looks more like a hostel, it has a shared living room, kitchen and even a place to wash your clothes. We got the key at the restaurant below the place with one of the restaurant employers (I believe they are the owners of the place). The location is really good, just a few steps to a nearby pond (we ate some sandwiches at shore during the night). There is a grocery in front of the hotel/hostel.

A bit loud outside, people driving around in the night with cars ans motorcycles, this is nothing the owner of the property can change or influence

Uncomplicated late check in at the eatery next to the accommodation. Comfortable bed with soft bed liners. There is a kitchen for common use.

Inner front door sticks pretty bad.

Close to food with good prices. Walkable. Really nice staff.
