Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe are afraid that the Quartermaster as an associated breakfast offering and restaurant just didn’t live up to the magnificence of Eleven Revelstoke. We didn’t enjoy the limited à la carte offering for breakfast (no yogurt, no fruit, no pastries (and when we were there, no jam!) but we appreciate that the menu was perhaps catering more for hungry heli-skiers than moderate European hikers. Dinner was OK. But this isn’t a review of Quartermaster, merely how it detracted from the overall enjoyment of the accommodation. If breakfast hadn’t been included we would have gone elsewhere
Everything! We wished we could put the whole room and bathroom including the Japanese loo in a suitcase to journey on with us as we continued our trip! Perfect comfortable home from home. No. Even better. From the fluffy pillows and billowing bedding to the generous Aesop toiletries and hot tub. Best night’s sleep in Canada so far and we have been here nearly two weeks. Loved everything.

United KingdomA very minor issue, we felt they were keeping the hot tub at too high a temperature. We mentioned it to the front of house team on checkout, who were going to check it out.
The property significantly exceeded our expectations. It was a relatively last minute booking and we stayed for just one night. I think we were lucky to get it as someone had cancelled. The rooms and hotel are beautifully appointed, high quality fittings and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The front of house staff were excellent on arrival and throughout our brief stay. Breakfast is included and again was of a high quality. They were also happy to adapt to some specific requests. The shared lounge, outside roof terrace, hot tub, sauna and steam room were of good quality and a welcome addition. Also despite it being in the centre of Revelstoke, we had no issues with noise despite our room facing the Main Street.

CanadaWhen I was checking out, I was encouraged to give a tip on the check out form with options of 8% minimum. Given the room was already over $410 and i was only staying 1 night- there's no service that I needed to avail of other than checking in and the included breakfast. It felt cheeky. If I had asked for help planning an activity etc I would understand but I felt i had to tip for just checking in and having my breakfast that I already paid for. I tipped 10% as nobody wants to give the minimum when someone is staring at you and then proceeds to watch which box you tick before signing out of the hotel. I couldn't just leave, they explained they needed my signature (and a tip first) whereas most hotels theres a contact free check out experience. Maybe this is a new thing but I've never been asked to tip checking out of a hotel before. I still loved the hotel and will stay again, it just felt a bit pushy and tainted what would've been a perfect experience.
Facilities, furniture/decor, cleanliness, breakfast and bathroom products where all of the highest standards. I loved the boutique vibe and the 3rd floor is something special for sure! We were lucky that the hotel was quiet in August and it felt like we had the hotel tub, plunge poo,l sauna and movie area all to ourselves. The staff were super friendly also and the hotel fragrance was amazing!

CanadaParking was limited on a first come first served basis and not covered.
Beautiful property. Well appointed room. Common lounge and kitchen space was also beautiful. The small boutique vibe was maintained with only 12 rooms. Excellent and friendly staff. Very good a La carte breakfast. Super location as you can walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and cafe in Revelstoke.

From the hotel to the staff, Eleven Revelstoke was exceptional in every way! A most enjoyable stay & possibly one of the most accommodating, relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in. The on-site restaurant was also exceptional providing delicious breakfasts, meals & apres ski drinks & light bites. Thank you all at Eleven for a wonderful experience!

Everything. This would have to be one of, if not the best, boutique hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world. The complimentary items are too numerous to list and the service is second to none. The rooms are a good size and extremely comfortable. There are two public areas that can be used at just about any time and they feature pool tables and other distractions. The staff are great and go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. This place is highly recommended.

CanadaNothing I can think of.
The breakfast was perfect. There were smoothies, good yogurt, homemade granola, a really nice chopped fruit salad, a cappuccino/latte machine as well as drip coffee and some tasty looking pastries. We also had omelettes with lots of choices of fillings. There were more choices for made to order hot breakfast items. All my favourite things for breakfast and it was included in the nightly cost. I loved that there was a snack basket in the room and a selection of beer, ice tea and strawberry seltzers all included. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop lounge area and the hot tub. On the main floor there are two pool tables and a couple of bicycles for guest use. Great location in downtown Revelstoke.

CanadaPersonal preference - wish the shower had a removable shower head
We booked a night here to break up a long drive, and left wishing we had booked an extra night. The property had lots of amenities (hot tub, sauna, game room, restaurant) and free snacks/breakfast, which we didn't expect for a boutique hotel. The room was cute and comfy - we had a great stay overall! Also, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

CanadaThe only thing I would have loved was a bigger bathtub. That is it. Everything else was entirely perfect.
This place was better than the Fairmont! The staff gave me a full tour of the facilities, helped me with parking, brought me a welcome charcuterie board to my room, all snacks and drinks in the room were included, hot tub, roof top patio, sauna and two phenomenal common rooms to spent time in were out of this world. I have been all over the world and never had a better experience. Who knew that such a gem would be found in Revelstoke! The town is charming and everyone was friendly. I will definitely be back for another stay!

CanadaThe rooms are Spartan; could use a comfortable chair. Corridors are dark.
The hospitality was exceptionally good, friendly, helpful. And the Quartermaster Restaurant is a treasure and the reason we stayed at the Hotel. The in room extras and the first class breakfast are outstanding.

The staff was fantastic and the amenities included were great; parking, breakfast, mid afternoon appies with wine and beer! They have a games room, bikes and scooters, roof top patio and hot tub for the guests. When you check in the staff take you around. The place is just wow!!!
