The sofa was a bit small. It took them 3 full days to clean the room and change towels and garbage. After we asked they did it every day.

Great location, Walmart and Costco is close. A lot of restaurants around the hotel

Hectic, mega crowded breakfest room ! My family (2 adults and two kids) simply couldn't find a place to seat, so we had to take our plates and cary our breakfast to the room. I am a seafarer, so was in different hotels around the flobe- moste of them a 3 star places, so I was shocked, when we rented a room for 340 CAD per night, in this hottel, we found a Paper plates and plastic catlery !!! Is this a Marriott brend, or it is a Salvation Army ? It is unacceptable !

They closed the slide early due to staffing “issues” which was beyond disappointing because this was the whole reason for our staycation, was to use the slide and to swim.

Everything was great, except they shut the slide down at 6pm rather than the 8pm they had told us earlier on in the day when I had called to triple check all pool and slide times, as this was the only reason for our staycation. So that was very disappointing, there was about 15 let down kids who were told the same thing as we were

The sound proofing to the inside! Kids running the hallways ... fortunately that stopped at a good hour and didn't start too early. But the doors do NOT close quietly, especially from the outside. Unfortunately I had someone next door that came and went multiple times after 10pm until almost 1am one day and not quite as bad another. And unfortunately, even though the doors close quieter from the inside if you try to make them so, these people obviously didn't care. And in general, you will hear the doors closing all the time. Other than that, my only other minor complaint was that my particular tub/shower didn't toggle easily between the two - you had to hold the overall fixture and pull up on the tab rather hard to get almost 100% of the water flow through the shower head. And even then, the pressure through the shower head was on the low side (but not unusable).

Personally, I liked the location away from the traffic of downtown and the bridge crossing to West Kelowna. Overall the hotel and my room were nice - what I have come to expect from Fairfield Inn by Marriott. The sound proofing to the outside was good to me.

I didn't think the bed was all that comfortable, and I didn't really like the pillows, I would just bring my own. I didn't like that they didn't air condition the whole hotel. The hallways were like 100 degrees. Other than that, it was a very good place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My son loved the pool and the water slide to the pool was three stories and was a blast. The room size was great, We had a king size bed and a little sitting room off the bedroom and it was very nice. I would stay there again.

Did not enjoy the old smell of the room on first entry. It was quite a put-off. We opened and left open the window and it got better through time. Did not like the antiquated shower/tub. Want a tub and want a shower, so satisfied to have both but quite outdated. Would have liked a 2nd small chair to sit on. To watch tv had to sit at the headboard of the bed. Toilet seats are too low. Is there a reason for that? Even so, perhaps they could still be a little higher.

Loved the spacious lobby/breakfast area and plenty of parking. Loved the key cards, no fussing with the key , just a tap unlocked the doors quickly and once only. Loved the service; the staff from front desk to housekeeping, to breakfast staff, to anyone we passed were wonderfully friendly and pleasant. Liked the breakfast, that was a clincher for my wife (and apparently also for a lot of other people as this hotel had plenty of breakfast tables and they were full) Liked the large tv and it worked well, without cable/network issues. Liked the small fridge. Liked the presentation of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Liked the large/longer bathroom counter Liked the desk/counter in the suite and the USB /electriccal outlets

The deposit was high. Also $350 for small room was a bit high but I know it's peak season (Summer) and rooms were probably in demand.

The bed was super comfy, I loved the blinds (they had a nature theme so we didn't have to look at the parking lot outside our window). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don't use a credit card so had to put $350 deposit on the room. I don't have a problem with the deposit, except I thought it was a little high and made me feel like I was a bad person who might destroy the room. The breakfast was nice, had lots of choices.

The staff were so friendly that we felt completely comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. The kids had a great time at the pool as well.
