We received an upgrade upon arrival. The room had a balcony with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We also loved that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the room. I would always book this Hotel again.

The TV didn't work for us. The previous guests somehow deleted the Live TV. Staff were very good about it, however we had to call a couple of times and then they switched our TV for us. The remote control for the TV is solar powered and we had to keep putting the remote in the window to get it to work. The TV worked in the bedroom but we wanted to watch it in the slicing Room

There was an odor in the hallway coming off the elevator to our room, something like greasy breakfast smell. But no big deal. The odor was only in the hallway on the 4th floor.

Would definitely stay here again & again. Staff immediately responded to my requests for an extra iron & ironing board as we were attending a wedding and had multiple suits to iron. They immediately responded at midnight to my request for extra blankets for our daughter who was sleeping on the pull out couch. Our 2BR suite with kitchen and two bathrooms was spotless, spacious, well equipped - even with a pair of scissors - which I ended up needing to use. The views of the Three Sisters mountain peaks from our suite were outstanding. And the free underground parking accommodated our two rental vehicles. This place is 10 out of 10!

This was the best place we stayed out throughout our one month travels, and definitely did not have a single thing to complain about.

We were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a two bedroom suite, we had a fireplace, an outdoor deck with a grill. We also loved that they stocked the kitchen with coffee and the condiments to go with the coffee, and there was a washing machine and dryer.

I do not have any complaints.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service the staff provided each day was superb. We liked the kitchen which had a nice refrigerator and stove. The living area was spacious with a fold-out couch if needed. The closets had plenty of room for clothes. The patio was spacious and had a table and chairs available, allowing us to enjoy the view of the mountains. The patio also had a grill, although we did not use it. There was ample parking available. There are two hot tubs available on site and they are both clean and well-kept.
