Room was a bit dated. There were a few instructions we had to follow but we appreciated that we were staying in a quite unique place.

We had to go to a local cafe for the included breakfast, it was very nice. The location was great, right in the wharf. Parking close by.

We liked very much the Cafe where we had breakfast, the only issue was that there were only some important things missing: - there was no option of whole grain or multigrain or gluten free bread (just white bread) - there were no fruit juices (just fizzy drinks) - there was no brown sugar or agave syrup (just white sugar).

The location was amazing, socolorful and original. We also liked that it was very lively during the day , but completely quiet after 10 pm. There was complete silence during all night.👍

The location and accommodations were amazing! The host was so helpful and really exceeded expectations by allowing us to store luggage and even checkin early. Would recommend this lodging to everyone. Truly felt so special! Such a beautiful, relaxing setting. We can't wait to revisit!!

We didn't realize the owner lived upstairs and that we were renting just a room. The space was nice, but we could hear our neighbors and the owner upstairs. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

The location was unique and close to downtown. We could walk to most everything.

This was a cozy, comfortable space for our family trip. Easy to walk to downtown Victoria and a variety of eating options at the wharf. Unique experience to spend time on a houseboat.

The location is perfect as it is close to downtown but also in a chilled out location at Fisherman’s Wharf. Breakfast was included and served at a nearby cafe and it was exceptional. The suite was very cosy and had everything we needed including tea and coffee, chilled wine glasses and robes.

Some people might find the walls quite thin as they cannot be heavy on a floating home. This does make for a bit of noise when people walk upstairs. We didn’t find it too noisy except early in the morning when we were trying to sleep in.

We really like the idea of a floating home. Surrounded by the beautiful water and colourful homes added a great deal to our stay. The float home is well set up and the beds were decently comfortable. We really enjoyed this place! It’s just so adorably picturesque!

Shower in smaller room is very difficult for larger people. Shower door very small.
