The renovations (things that were just put in were falling apart—wall tiles, wallpaper), and I feel the cost should be reduced because of the state of things during the refresh. Also, I booked a smoking room online, and it turns out there wasn't any such thing at this location, so that sucked, I had to go to the parking lot to smoke. There's also no room service, I wish I'd known that prior to booking.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff eager to help, the pool was a lot of fun for my kid, the room was clean and beautiful with lots of options on the tele.

I didn't like that my room smelled like burnt plastic and the alarm in my room went off from shower steam and room phone didn't work to call front desk so we had to go down to front desk ask for help to shot it off but it apparently it was old unit and had to put new one up ....

The elevator and other small things were being upgraded, so some things were unavailable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best run I've seen.

The hotel is clean and very well run. The property is being upgraded, so there were some minor issues that should not stop anyone from visiting this hotel. It was top-notch all the way!

Pool chlorine was too much, elevator was noisy and other one not functional, originally assigned room on 3rd floor that didnt have functional TV and alarm clock. But the front desk resolved all the issues and assigned a good room.

Front Desk was always very helpful and polite, accomodating and easy to deal with. Room on 6th floor was great, overall i think it was nice hotel.

It did not quite meet expectations as far as matching the pictures, and the pool was closed which was one of the reasons it was booked - would have been helpful to be notified if the pool was not functional ahead of time. Also, bathroom did appear to have some mold and the grout was extremely dirty.

We found that the maintenance of one elevator was not done. The quality of food as gone down (the morning buffet) Still serving cantaloupe when they is an outbreak of salmonella.

The parking lot is too small. The snow removal was POOR. Snow between every car making it a slip and fall hazard. I was shocked that it was so poorly maintained considering the possibility for the company getting sued.
