Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaWalking distance to Mosaic Stadium. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Pool was good as was the hot tub. I would have liked a kettle in my room and when I went searching for hot water eventually found some, but a man came along and kicked me out of the kitchen. He was kind of grumpy, but the man behind the front desk was very helpful.

The breakfast was not great. The sauce on the eggs benedict was definitely out of a package and the potatoes were hard as rocks. the bacon in my husbands meal was so thin you could see through it.

CanadaIt was very cold when we stayed at the hotel and the heat source in the room was noisy cutting in and out.
The breakfasts were excellent. Friendly, efficient staff and the food was delicious. Unfortunately the hotel is situated very close to busy railway tracks. The hotel was very close to where our functions were held and driving back and forth was easy due to the location.

We did not partake in the breakfast. The location was excellent for where we had to go. We had requested a late checkout which was not a problem.

CanadaThe restaurant downstairs was cold from the front doors opening and 3 out of 5 nights ran out of soup. It was a cold snap in Regina and all I wanted was that soup to warm me up.
Location to Agribition was excellent. The room was a perfect warm temperature, mini fridge was perfect too. Bed was comfy. Felt very welcome and safe here as a single woman.

United StatesThe rooms are not very sound proof. You hear every conversation from other rooms. Make sure to ask for a room not near the elevators as room 221 hears it all...
Our trip was very quick. We didn't spend a lot of time on the property as we where their for the Riders semi final game. Staff very friendly, property clean. There is a Keg Steak House right behind for easy dinner access. Starbucks in the building behind, just across the a parking lot. Its about a 15-20 min walk to Mosaic Stadium. Straight shot down the street.

CanadaCouldn't find a menu for the Movado's Grill, but when i finally did through Facebook, i asked for a couple things from the menu and was told for each one "that's not available." No Room Service - i was told " you have to come get it yourself" Was not impressed so i didn't order anything from Movado's during my 2 day stay. When checking out, the front Desk person would not print me a receipt,( I asked twice) she said i could get it from Booking.com Again, not impressed Overall, the room was fine but some general maintenance to the hallways coming off the elevator, could help improve first impressions

CanadaOur night was quiet, but other family members had issues with their room being close to the nightclub that stayed open until 2 am and was loud. There are also trains. The room wasn’t restocked well regarding towels, cups, coffee. Overall pretty minor issues.
