Some rooms very dark. Also neighbors on their balcony arguing several times.

Excellent location for us as only 5 minute drive to sons home. Easy access, very clean. Well stocked.

Hallway smell - but once you got inside the unit it was fine.

Well-stocked kitchen and laundry room, comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of towels etc. Next to a grocery store and fast-food, and LRT for transit. Big TV.

Someone in bldging starts smoking weed at 8 am everyday, even with door damping it filters into main entrance of room.

The exterior of the building is a bit older, same with the entrance, but the apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Don't be fooled by the building entrance, the apartment is great!

The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. For me the location was great as it was walking distance to the Edmonton Expo Centre, as well the Commonwealth LRT was walkable. Great spot for working also with groceries also walkable. easy to walk up the stairs to the apartment if you don't feel like taking the elevator.

The host was super responsive. Excellent location with walking distance to grocery and many other amenities. Super clean and well stocked with kitchen accessories.

The building itself is a bit dated (which of course is outside the host’s control) but the suite was updated and fresh.

The suite was very large and comfortable and had everything we needed. With two couples, we especially appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The hosts provided great instructions prior to check-in.

The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal for our group -- one couple and one individual. The bed was comfortable and with the air conditioners we were able to keep the temperature of the condo at a comfortable level. We enjoyed the quiet location, close to the riverside trails and next door to a supermarket.

Some neighbours had a noisy argument going on for a long time in the evening.

Great location and amenities, including nearby shops and transit and convenient car parking. There were no staff to assist with no front desk. The host, Chris, kept us well informed.

The long emails with the rental information before the trip was a little scary, but it turned out to be very useful. All the key information was included.

The best: there are two full bathrooms in the apartment. Second best: the apartment is big compared to other hotel rooms or apartments; kitchen and bathroom well equipped, Pleasent surprise: two functional monitors It was very easy to communicate with the host, Chris, via text messages, check-in and check-out procedures were simple.

Down stair neighbors were very loud and vulgar.. I am not a prude but when then, the f bomb is dropped 6 times to complete any sentence it gets old. They were not respectful of their neighbors. Not a ball breaker, just a comment.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Was a great stay for the quick trip.

Cleaning solution used so strong it made us feel somewhat ill. Construction happening on balcony but that is a temporary necessity and will be soon complete. Drains in main bath not working well but scheduled for repair.

Nothing. there was no soap or body wash in the shower -pretty minor

great location, easy walking to Expo center and Commonwealth stadium. I walked to Rexall place in 45 minutes the best part was the desk area with a docking station and two large monitors! I plugged in my laptop and felt right at home!
