Microwave hood fan was practically useless, room smelled like oil from my cooking.

Kids loved the bunk bed. Room was good size

Centrally located quiet accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and a Murphy bed which was very comfortable. Secure underground parking was an added bonus. We had everything we needed for 3 days in Whistler. Can definitely recommend this accommodation.

The mattresses weren't great--too firm for our family.

The location in Whistler Village was awesome. The room was compact, but served our purpose (place to crash between games).

    Dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes

Location was fantastic - walkable to everything. Next to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. Easy walk from the bus station and to gondolas. Adorable park behind the hotel with beautiful path through the woods. Ideal spot for our family. Great to have a kitchen in whistler. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

It would have been great if some basics like salt, pepper and maybe some oil for frying would have been provided in the kitchen.

Great location within Whistler, close to the village center. The apartment was very nice and clean, kitchen was well equipped (so no need to go out for dinner every night). Whirlpool was great, too. Staff was very helpful in case you needed anything.

Air condition terrible loud. Pool and environment of the Pool need cleaning. Gymn opens at 09:00am which is too late, as you could open it with the number code. In general you feel and see the age of the hotel. Very small parking places and very expensive.

Nice flowers at the pool. Service at the hotel. In the center of Blackcomb.

Elevator is little bit jerky when going down. Another issue was the noisy soap dispenser in the room next to us. During our stay, I woke up 2 nights in a row in the middle of the night due to a guest pushing the soap dispenser forcefully and continously.

Fresh St. Market grocery is adjacent to the hotel. Complete kitchen utensil, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Gas fire place

    Never again

There is appearing to be clean and actually being clean. Unit 205 was not clean, it only looked tidy and the counters had been wiped down well and the bedding was laundered, however, on closer inspection I found dust and dirt on every floor board and upper surface, tons of hair and debris in the bathroom, and the vacuuming was subpar. Therefore, unfortunately, I had to clean it myself to make it livable for us. That proved difficult though because there was no broom or dustpan of any kind, only one kitchen cloth, one kitchen hand towel and one paper towel roll. We stayed there for one week and that is all we were provided with, along with only two rolls of toilet paper, one hand towel in the bathroom, three bath towels and two wash clothes. There were three guests. We had to buy supplies and pay $14 ($3.50 per wash and dry in coin operated laundry downstairs on the main floor) to wash the towels during our stay! The kitchen is barely equipped, also, if you like to cook bring your own essentials. To top it all off the beds were terrible and have left my back in pain, but I couldn't sleep much anyway because we were woken up by horrible banging every morning at 6am, I think from the halls being vacuumed because there was not any construction going on during our stay. Also, there is a terrible burning smell that wafts up from the wood burning pizza place on the main floor all day, so you can't use the patio or open the windows when it is operating. Safe to say we will never stay here again and I can not recommend this unit, unless you are only staying for a maximum two nights. Maybe other units are better and worth a try, I saw many guests with complimentary bath robes and asked a few people if they had been supplied properly with toilet paper and towels, and they said they had. This hotel has privately owned units and each one is run differently, stay away from this one.

The only thing going for this property is the location and the front desk staff, minus one, down right frightening woman we only encountered once, thankfully.

The pool was closed during our whole stay, which is very disappointing when traveling with young children and when the pool is a selection criteria when booking. Also the hot tub was closed on the last day. We found out from another guest that we could have access to the next door hotel pool/hot tub (The Summit). Very disappointing that the front desk staff did not tell us about this option.

Room was very cramped and stuffy and because there is a restaurant directly below room 205 you can hear music. First night they had a big party with very loud music and kept us awake until 1:00 am.

Clean and close to village shops
