There were issues with the washrooms. If the switch was ok, there was no toilet paper. If there was toilet paper, there was no soap. If there was soap, the switch was nowhere to be found ...

The room was too narrow. I would prefer to have a room without moquette because it was very dirty. I didn't like the high windows. Smoke smells in the common areas.

I didn't get my breakfast. I had to leave at 5 am. The location is great. The stuff is very kind they responded immediately to our needs. The kitchen is clean and well equipped

The mattress could have been firmer. Also I’ve long legs so the bars at the end of the bedstead were annoying.

That coffee was provided and a full kitchen and washing machine was great. There is a wonderful bakery just around the corner.

I did not know if there was any shared "office" space and/or some amenities like an ironing board and so on that I could have borrowed - but it's true I did not ask.

Staff was really friendly! Price was really good too. The location was pretty good as well, with a few stores around for the necessities, and it is pretty convenient to go to the old city center from there. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty convenient, and I was glad to have this option.

The staff is not very friendly

It’s good there’s a small restaurant downstairs, the rooms are comfortable and everything is well organized in the kitchen. The way to the old town takes one hour walking or much less if you get on a bus.

It felt like it needed a lift, like a clean paint job, the fake plants all looked really old, you can tell that the place overall could use a little extra lift. It would also be really nice if the front balcony was open, with chairs to sit on. Also, the place needed more fresh air, an open window in the kitchen would have been nice. And the old dingy carpets changed out for flooring that is easier to clean. Overall things were fine, and probably about right for the price. But it would be very simple and easy to make this place even more amazing.

The beds should be queen size, not double. Most people shared a bed, us and other travelers we met. The bed is a bit too small for 2 people. The mattresses could also be more comfortable. They weren't bad, but they could have been better. I might be a bit too picky, as we had a nice time overall, and met some really nice travelers. Everyone was quiet and friendly. The quiet upscale neighborhood around us was amazing!!! And the parking was not an issue at all, despite being on the street. A short bus ride to the old town, was also great. The staff were all super friendly and very accomodating.

I think the price was still a bit pricy for what it is, but i guess the fact it was the last weekend of the FEQ influenced it.

The location was good, easily accessible. Access to the room even late at night. The little sink in the room despite not having a bathroom was nice.

The room cleaner tried times to enter in my room (she woke me up) even if I was putting the “busy” sign. When I tried to talk to her about it, she was really rude, walked away from me and never had eye contact. It is as my only bad experience about the hotel

There is a bar and a a restaurant on the main floor, the girl at the reception is pretty cute, a nice kitchen in the commune area to cook food, and It is really close either from the downtown or ste foy..

I was asked to leave tips for check-in, which was the first time I experienced that, so I left 15% tips for nothing as we couldn't reach out to the stuff in the morning.

The room was clean, AC worked well and the kitchen was clean, neat and organized. There was enough bathrooms for everyone. The location was very convenient too as we could easily travel on one bus to get to the old Quebec.

Well located near a frequent city bus stop, the place is comfortable with a nice large kitchen. There is a nice common living room. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and a small supermarket nearby. Staff is very nice!

The shower didn’t work in one bathroom and the lighting and exhaust fan failed in another. More floor mats in the bathroom would have been better.

All modern conveniences available outside room was available - full kitchen, laundry machines, bathrooms etc.

Low light in the room, few light bulbs were missing. Because of this - the room is pretty nice during the day but looks grotty in the evening. More bright light is needed. Very bad ventilation in showers. No windows are available there as well.
