TV channels tons of channels had to click hundreds to find one that was on should have a list in the room say what channels there is, the heater in the bathroom should be replaced it is rusty and coming off the wall it is attached to.

Good location, fast check in and check out, friendly service, The water pressure was fantastic the best I have seen at any hotel/motel I have stayed at.

The breakfast could use more variety

The location was great for we know the area and was central to where we needed to visit. This a small farming area town and if you take that into consideration it met our expectations. Minnidosa has a great beach area. We would stay there again.

The bathtub plug did not work and the milk at breakfast was sour. It curdled in my coffee.

The fact that breakfast was included was great. We couldn't figure out how to use the TV but the woman working at reception was very helpful.

Everything. It is very dirty place, no clean bedsheets, smelly. It is overrated. Says on Booking .com that it is 5 star, trust me its nowhere near even 2 stars.

That Gateway Motel provided a room as filthy as this says a lot about their character. I don't know how or why they thought it was ok. Quite frankly, it's disturbing. I was so uncomfortable with how grimy room 9 was, I wouldn’t even allow my dog to lie on the floor without first laying down a blanket, a blanket I have since thrown out because I didn't want that in my home. I observed who-knows-what all over the walls, the bathroom drain was slow and backed up when I brushed my teeth, the shower curtain was filthy, the bathroom fan caked with dust, the sheets and top bedding stained, there was dust/dirt buildup everywhere, and grubby finger marks on the microwave, to list a few of my concerns. I spent the least amount of time in this room as was possible. A waste of money ($200) and time (having to write this review). The pictures speak for themselves.

Lovely property on the outside of the town close to the national park. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a fridge and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was great. Lovely place to spend a few nights.

bad smell in all three rooms .

We had booked 3 rooms , and we been given rooms with the floor warnish done. all rooms had very strong smell it was very difficult to stay in room for even 2 mins. After talking to staff we were given one big room without smell for which they initially asked us to pay (seriously ?) in they end we were not charged . so kids and females of our grop spent night in the bigger room and males has to spent night in the bad smeel . not plesent at all. Family managing the property is nice but rooms were pretty bad in shape . we have been to this hotel before but this time it was very disappointing . Brekfast is very limited , hotwater from machine was not comming . there is potential to improve the service. good thing: location is very good and we had the oppertunity to see the fireworks nearby.

Room was dirty. It was tidy - beds made, towels folded, no clutter. But actually dirty. Bathroom had not been cleaned, mirror splattered, sink and taps dirty, toilet dirty, hair in bathtub. Linens looked washed but found several hairs in bedding. Tables and counters not wiped. Out of 5 BBQ'S outside only 1 was clean enough to use. Very very old BBQ with dirty dishes on it. Had trouble lighting it but friendly staff came and got it going. Honesty the place has so much potential - I would have given it much better rating if it was actually clean. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the back office, for the $200 price of the room I was surprised at the lack of effort to prepare a clean room.

We had a one bedroom suite, it was spacious. Outdoor BBQ and firepit are was really nice place to cook and have an evening fire. Check in & out was easy. Continental breakfast was as expected.
