It was a nice pool

Clean good 2 star accomodation. Rooms were clean, lovely garden, good indoor pool and gym facilities. Decent hot tub.

A long walk away from the marina. We were on foot and it’s a significant uphill journey if you come to Gibsons by boat. I recommend downloading the Coastal Rides app so that you can book a taxi if you land at the marina like we did.

The size of the room is perfect, cleanliness is very good, and it was quiet in the neighborhood. The amenities are good too.

Nice room with comfy seats at a side table. Very clean.

Room 322 window looks out at large/tall wall. Only room facing that wall ? Will not stay in that room again. Booked room well in advance. Penalty because we didn't book direct with hotel ?

The hotel was clean the staff were all wonderful and helpful. The hotel gardens are beautiful

Lovely garden courtyard with secluded seating. Simple, but nice, grab and go breakfast available with good coffee and tea. Friendly staff and close to shops with a good restaurant within walking distance.

Would like to have been able to open the window more fully.

The property is small but clean and renovated. Staff are nice and friendly. Good location and they offer light breakfast.

Bathroom is a little small but clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even though the weather was unseasonably cool, the garden was lovely. A simple “grab and go” breakfast was provided (muffins, fruit, tea, coffee and juice). The roses were in bloom and the large coy in the fish pond seemed well cared for. The outdoor hot tub made it exceptional. The hotel has west coast charm. The staff are attentive and courteous and the design fb is exceptional. The building has old bones with a noticeable makeover, adding to the quaint quality of the feel of the place.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Surface level cleaning is maintained but secondary places like the back stairwell and the floors in the pool changing areas are lacking the attention to detail that is found in the design of the whole property.

The Grab and Go breakfast is great. The convenience of location was excellent. The gym and pool and sauna were a nice touch. Comfortable and warm. Sleeping was easy.We will return.

Hot tub wasn't big enough but it was nice.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The front desk staff are excellent. Love the garden courtyard and fitness facilities.

Rooms are a little tired, but comfortable. The floors needed a wash.

We loved the beautiful gardens and easy access to all the amenities. Everything sparkled!

The beds were smaller than we had hoped for.Next time we’ll make sure we book the double Queen rooms or a family suite.

Close to ferry terminal. Nice coffee machine in the room. Muffins, juice and fruit was a nice touch.

Too close to the highway. Gave us a room which smelled of cigarette smoke facing a noisy highway. Was changed to another room in the back of the hotel, which had a dirty ring in the toilet. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. They were all lumpy! But the bed was comfy at least.
