The hot tub was under renovation, which we did not know about… and we spent the money to buy swimsuits on our way to Whistler… that was a shame. No compensation was given for this omission of info.

It was in great location, parking available, lockers and WiFi available. Good view of the village, small balcony as well.

Kitchen cupboards were broken. Still usable, but broken. Carpet could be replaced.

Great stay for a family. Close to the chair lifts. Right in the village. Parking was onsite. Make sure you have a smaller vehicle. Parking is very tight. Unit only provides one car for parking.

- The fireplace didn't work. - Cleaners didn't do a great job, leaving a plate with spilled food in the microwave

Great location, parking on-site included in the cost of accommodation, unlike many Whistler hotels, very spacious.

While the air conditioning units worked really well they were a bit noisy to use overnight.

Very handy position right in the middle of Whistler village, easy walk to both Blackcomb & Whistler Gondolas, restaurants & shops.

It was kind of hard for us to find the check in area and also the parking lot but once we found it, it was all good.

We loved that it was in the village. We were able to enjoy the town just by walking around.

Definitely not enough glasses for drinks. Only four. So we had to keep re-washing. Mattresses a little hard. Couldn’t get the two TVs in the bedrooms to work and no clear instructions. But the rest was great.

Location. Space for all and plenty towels sheets blankets. Balcony. Having washer drier and full kitchen. Surprised Bunks were double beds not single bunks

It was a little outdated. The place can use some sprucing up. Sleep sofa was a little worn and washer was not working to do a little laundry.

kitchen was lacking in utensils(poor quality), no spaghetti spoon, dull knives, limited pots and cooking pans, only one ice cube tray that was broken(needs 4 trays), needs kureig machine, needed more toilet paper, only 3 rolls, and no paper towel.!!! parking garage was under painting construction and inaccessible, no A/C(when we were there it was 30 degrees😡, Broken fans unusable!!!! Can open didn’t work!! needs replacement.! Front bathroom shower didn’t drain(unusable😡😡). window in 2nd bedroom doesn’t open, seized!!

the 'cleaning fee' is pretty high, especially because it was 1 adult staying in the room and for 1 night, this should be re-considered.

the heater in the main living room didnt work, so had to use the fireplace. its electric so it only puts outs about 2ft of heat.

It was really confusing getting to the Reception, when you put the address in you don't see any a blackcomb vacation rental sign anywhere. I then went into deere Lodge to ask for help and they said, yes you are at the right place... But you are staying at a different building. Very confusing, after a long day travelling to get there it was a pain to say the least. You then get a code and you need to enter this long code 3 times before you get onto the apartment...

The couch was comfortable.

Carpets could use a cleaning and walls washed. Instructions in green book need to be updated for TV and would be helpful if this was left on the kitchen counter not stored in a drawer. Also not impressed that I had to pay an expensive cleaning fee but was responsible for taking out the trash, etc. Is that not what the part of cleaning is? Check out is way too early!

Great stay, little confusing trying to sort out where the front desk was. Nice place and would definitely stay here again. Good location, just on the edge of the village and close to everything.

My stay in Whistler was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located—right in the heart of everything, all within walking distance. Everyone I connected with, even by phone, was so kind and helpful. Truly an unforgettable experience! Will come again
