Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaI was disappointed with how I was treated by security at the casino. I was profiled for wearing a durag and a bandana. They told me I could keep the durag on but had to remove the bandana and keep it hidden in my pocket. While I understand they may have been concerned about gang activity—which involves organized groups engaging in criminal behavior—and gang relations, meaning associations or appearances linked to gang identity, assuming someone is involved in that based solely on clothing is unfair. Wearing a bandana doesn't automatically mean gang affiliation. I was wearing it to catch sweat on a hot day—it was functional, not symbolic. Plus, the casino is themed around First Nations culture, where bandanas and patterned garments are often worn as a part of tradition and style. Most importantly, nowhere in the casino was there any posted rule or notice about a dress code. If there are restrictions, they should be clearly stated. I expected more fairness and professionalism from the security team.
The staff was friendly and the place was very clean.

CanadaThe cost for my dog. The fees are unreasonable. Other places I have used over the years go from free to approx. $40. Having a registration fee on top of daily fee is just a money grab. The other thing was litter, mainly water bottles and beer cans on the grass areas that have accumulation in the grassy areas between the parking lots
Clean, room ready early

CanadaThere were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. The combination of the position of the shower wand and the shower curtain produced a lot of water on the bathroom floor.
Lots of handicap parking. The bed was very comfortable.

CanadaRoom AC’s are kind old, clunky, and a little temperamental. Although very tidy, I think this hotel would be great if just a little extra care was put into cleaning. It wasn’t dirty by any means, it just needs a little extra effort.
Room was comfortable, WiFi very good, plenty of parking, convenience store across the street. Didn’t go to the casino so I can’t tell you too much about that. Gym was a little tight, free coffee in the morning. Very pleasant at check-in.

CanadaWe had to call security at 12:30 am, because there was some loud chatter going on in the hallway for over an hour. The situation was promptly rectified!
We like this location because it is far away from traffic noise, and is good value compared to other accommodations in the area.

CanadaThey need to add back the morning breakfast at the hotel or provide vouchers to eat breakfast at the casino. They did not have enough 2 bed rooms when we book so we had to book 2 single bed rooms for the second night but when we arrived they did have 2 bed rooms for both nights but they did not allow us to cancel the single bed rooms for the second night. Used a room that I did not need because no refund was allowed

CanadaExpect to wait for lots of stuff as they're terribly understaffed! Yet those present, are pleasant, accommodating, and haul ass best they can to serve... Rooms have walls on the thinner side, but beds are comfortable, tv is clear and crisp, include most of the typical amenities ( no coffee maker in mine ) and are kept spotless. Lots of free self-parking with supposed 24 hour surveillance...your guess is as good as mine there? Prices are overall 10-20% higher, and portions are smaller for food and beverages compared to any Gateway property, but all was fresh and delicious... Casino is small and slots are limited. Only let it ride, blackjack, roulette, and four card poker tables were available at any time. Only a few video poker machines with two styles of play on each. Pretty solid first visit, but I'll likely return to Rama next time
