This place was such a great find for our 3 day trip to the area! Clean, comfortable accommodation, unbelievable freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Air con in rooms. Trish is a great host! Genuinely, the nicest b&b we have ever stayed in!

A lovely century home with a mix of period furniture and modern updates. Very spacious and well maintained. The host was very attentive at our arrival and gave us a tour of the property and relevant information. The breakfast was a wonderful variety of items including fresh baked croissants, homemade jam, delicious coffee, eggs, bacon and potatoes. The dining area was beautifully furnished with antiques and stained glass windows.

There was nothing not to like about Green Oaks B&B. Our stay was too short.

Breakfasts are fantastic! We stayed in the cottage and loved the seclusion. Our adult children stayed in the attic and loved it. Chickens in the yard and Kingsley were an added bonus.

I loved the antique feel to it, the natural presence, the farm feel to it as it brought me back to my childhood, living on the farm with my Avo in Portugal! It is so clean, rooms spacious, everything you need and such a beautiful atmosphere and close to everything! The Ravine restaurant that was recommended to us was superb!! Tricia is such a beautiful soul, kind and such hospitality!! I would recommend you book directly with her!!!!! I just loved my stay and am going to stay here again and again!!!! Nothing that I can think of.

The property was a mix of shade and sun, flowers and lawn. Ample parking, surrounded by a vineyard, other lovely properties and close to a small and quaint group of shops. The building is larger than it looks, with a lovely porch. Inside the grand home is tastefully decorated in a yesteryear period with unobtrusive modern conveniences such as A/C, wi-fi, TV. Charming place and atmosphere.

The room was on the small size but we managed fine.

We enjoyed being absorbed into the household by our host Tricia. The accommodation was a period style with many personally chosen pieces. The breakfast was excellent and very filling.
