CanadaEverything. Breakfats in dining room was great & enjoyed the bagged breakfast we were able to take with us on day we left. Liked the large front lobby with free coffee. Everything was clean & staff was friendly. Handy that it's only couple minutes to the hospital (we needed to visit someone there). Didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked great.

CanadaSomeone had used the pool and from the lobby to the elevator. It was a very wet and slippery. There was no sign and I was travelling with my mother who has mobility restrictions-mentioned it to the front desk, but she said it would dry up very quickly, but I could see the footprints and the wetness after I going out to get my luggage and came back in, it still hasn’t been cleaned up promptly. The second condition was there was no breakfast at 9 o’clock when asked when they were bringing out more food the lady was very abrupt and said she was trying to keep up with just with the coffee at this point. it was very crowded and busy, however ill equipped for breakfast. also, the parking is very limited so with her mobility issue I had to park over at the shoppers drug Mart and unload and get her settled in back-and-forth. Small inconvenience. also the two rooms across from us were animal friendly on the third floor, which was very unusual at 6 o’clock. They started barking, which was a bit of an alarm clock.

The room was warm or cool and easily adjusted. Plenty of space. Text communication with the front desk make things easy while out doing kids activities all day. The large spread for breakfast means everyone can find something they like to eat.

CanadaI stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton North Bay for just one night, but it was enough to fall in love with this place! Everything, from the moment of check-in, reflected incredible care and attention to detail. The room was tastefully decorated with soft, gentle colors that created a cozy and calming atmosphere. Even the bathroom had a lovely painting, adding a touch of charm. The bed linens were impeccably clean and incredibly soft—it was pure bliss to fall asleep in such comfort. A standout feature was the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and lotion provided in the bathroom. This is so practical, especially for long hair—no more struggling with tiny bottles like in other hotels. A huge plus for this thoughtful touch! The breakfast exceeded all my expectations. There was a wide variety of options, including porridge, fresh fruits, and much more. The breakfast area itself deserves special praise: spacious tables and soft, elegant seating made me feel like I was dining in a luxury restaurant. Another lovely touch was the option to take coffee or tea to go, which is super convenient if you’re in a rush. I also want to highlight the thoughtfulness at check-in: guests are given a bottle of water, a small gesture that makes the experience even more pleasant. The staff was incredibly polite and professional, and they made even my one-night stay truly memorable. Thank you for such outstanding service! I will definitely return if I get the chance.
