Good

The wifi is not that good

Staff was very friendly, lots of cool stuff to do in walking distance, room was very clean

The front desk agent Roudi was the best front desk service we have ever experienced.

That we had to leave the beautiful hotel stay.

More food options for breakfast. The sausages were stale and overcooked. The breakfast menu could use a little improvement especially with the taste. The food was not tasty.

Didn't have the right form of payment upon entry and the staff were willing to work with me and accomodate me while my kids checked out the fish tank, turning what could've been a fairly unpleasant search for accommodations into a positive experience for them. A member of staff even came up and told them a little about the fish! This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and I got a lot of help with grabbing meals and dishes during this breakfast. My kids loved the room, and enjoyed the bathtub. My commendation goes out to all the staff. Without them y'all would not have half the quality of hotel that you do. Every single person who worked there for the night we stayed was absolutely amazing, and I hope that they are recognized for their hard work.

Booking was made a little complicated and unclear, likely due to use of third party site.

It's an ok hotel. Breakfast was fine, but no veggies at all

Staff was really bad. I asked if I could check out 30 mins later as I had an important call to take. The girl on reception immediately told no referring to the booking situation (without even checking for that) and the urgent need for cleaning to start exactly at checking time. We left a bit later and there was no sign of cleaning coming. We were watching people checking out within one hour with no issue. So I was disappointed with that approach. There was no management on site to complain. When I left a negative review on Google maps they replied immediately with bs corporate language which wasn't helpful at all. For that price and for this brand I expected waaaaay better I don't recommend this place Staff should be trained better

Clean and spacious

Location. You can walk around town and get anywhere. Lots of walking by the river, near legislature, etc. The facility is new, but looks like it's going downhill. Great idea with the bathroom mirror - it has its entire perimeter working as a light. Neat.

Vibe: it feels like a sketchy place. Most of the clients look like normal business travellers, but there's a significant presence of sketchy individuals. Multiple security personnel present on site 24/7 - apparently for a reason. Breakfast is lame, as always. Air conditioning functioning in a goofy way - can't really reach a comfortable temperature: it's either too cold or too hot all the time. So I just turned it off and used the balcony door for ventilation. Water supply in the faucet and the shower is inadequate. Only liquid soap provided, so I had to walk to a nearby convenience store to by normal bar soap. The chair in the room is not comfy at all, who is it made for?
