The breakfast coffee tasted like water.

The ONLY thing I did comment on to the staff while there was the coffee. They have a sign that says 24/7 coffee, yet it wasn’t true…Also, when it was brewed - it was terrible! So weak. I’m also a huge fan of real cream - not that chemical additive (CoffeeMate)…oh well, luckily there was a Timmies and a McDonalds close by!

Bike paths are right beside hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. Very nice looking hotel.

The breakfast food selection was very poor. This was not the first time staying in this hotel, and the breakfast food variety was always better.

This was a family trip. My family and I were very surprised by the size of the room. The room was very big, with a lot of space, comfortable beds and sound isolation.

The hotel was clean location was great our room was very nice. The pillows on the bed were terrible. Because of the pillows neither one of us got a good sleep.

The breakfast was great. The 24/7 free tea, and coffee was great. Staff very welcoming. There was a guitarist one of the nights in the lobby restaurant and was wonderful. Had a complimentary tea and sat in the main area and listened. Very welcoming for someone traveling alone.

This is the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at for years! Feels new, with bright fresh colours, and good sized rooms. Comfortable bed. A walk-in shower! No tub to climb into! Good sized bathroom with counter space for things. Was not expecting a bar, and light food! We had pizza and drinks late afternoon. The breakfast was far beyond what we expected…eggs, sausages, pancakes,etc. Delicious. Such great value in a bustling area. The theatre was right across the street. Couldn’t have been better!!

Had to be calling the housekeepers to clean the room after days, not good enough.

Long lineups at checkin on both days that we stayed (only one staff member working the desk at a time). Bathroom in room could have been cleaned better. One of the ice machines was Out of Order. Pool water temperature was way too hot and seemed overly chlorinated. Front desk staff appeared unhappy and not very friendly. Front foyer mat was very dirty.

Parking was ample and well lit at night. Bed area in room was clean. Nice fitness area. Pool feature was appreciated. Breakfast options were good. Housekeeping staff were friendly.
